Rough Review of SVNIT

Curriculum focuses on clearing all the fundamental concepts first then advancing to more difficult concepts at the proper pace. The concepts taught are helpful in present day technologies and researches ongoing in the world. Including more programming in the curriculum would help increase more opportunities. Timing of exam is as it goes for other institutions with an average difficulty of moderate level.

All the facilties are helpful in applying for Research Internships in various institutions like IIT, IISER, IISC, by helping in aspects like LOR and basic official documents required for admission. Projects in Plasma Physics, Astrophysics are most known to me.

Generally for dual degree, 10th semester(5th year) is the time of placements. Highest package of Physics degree is currently 15.65 Lakh per annum and average is 6.56 lakh per annum. Personal plans is to go in programming sector and avail placement.

The increase policy is well informed prior to the payment and reason of hike can also be gained through administration. Being from general category, no category aid is known to me.. but various state scholarships are recognized by the institute. At present nk employment have been persued by me.

SVNIT has an annual fest called SPARSH, held in March and technical fest called MINDBEND, held in February. Library is filled with all fields of books, not only including courses offered by the institute. Most classrooms are equipped with AC,Smart Boards and a black board. Many clubs are existent within SVNIT example Drishti, CHRD, GDSC etc.

A studying table, 2 beds, 1 Fan, 2 cupboards, 1 balcony(from 2nd year Hostels) are provided in rooms. Mess quality is average with good variety of food/menu. Registration of hostel is done through MIS portal of SVNIT with an affordibly amount of fees.

JEE-Mains qualified is must. Application process is done through JoSAA portal, soon after declaration of JEE Advanced result. Reservation benefits is availed in admission through Common Rank List(CRL). Frequency and difficulty of JEE has been appropriately implemented.

All professors, assistant professors are qualified from recognized institutions and have performed various researches. All are helpful in need in resource aspect. Approaching and interaction is non resistant with clearing maximum doubts as possible.
