Course Curriculum Overview
Even though this college is autonomous, it follows jntuh curriculum for syllabus and examination. The course should be more practical and active learning. The college follows a semester type of examination, The Frequency of examination is 4-5 months (semester). And the difficulty of the examination is medium.
Internships Opportunities
In my case, there's no such internship and stipend from any company. I've done a project on the nearby lake(Ibrahimpatnam Lake) about that lake physical and chemical properties of water in that lake and improvements for the lake.
Placement Experience
From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. More than 1k+ companies i.e. TCS, Tech Mahindra, mind tree, etc. are recruiting from campus placement. About 20-30% of students get placements. My plan was to prepare for govt examinations
Fees and Financial Aid
Along with tution fees, the college also collects the miscellaneous charges for the library, NBA accreditation certification charges, and other miscellaneous The complete charges for my education were between 2-3 lakhs. The college also takes students from entrance tests conducted by govt such as eamcet and ECET. Thus students of the convenor quota can have fee reimbursement scholarships from govt There are no such roles, responsibilities, or stipends I've undertaken
Campus Life
There were no annual, technical festivals conducted during my academic except for freshers. The range and accessibility of books and journals available in the library are good and useful for students to enhance their skills. There's couragement from college in the fields of sports and extracurricular activities. Students run social groups and charity groups.
Admission
Eligibility of course is basic intermediate or diploma. I have a background diploma so I wrote the ECET examination for joining. You can find the application form online as you can apply for those respective examinations. I've availed fee reimbursement from govt as I wrote ECET. The frequency of examination is 4-5 months, difficulty level of examination is medium. Colleges should improve examination patterns.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:60, and it's a good ratio. Less a number of senior faculties, and most of them were junior lecturers. I used to approach almost once or twice a week. Mostly about unexplained topics.
