I am taken a sociology courses in master of arts. My decision is good too take this college. Sociology is very interesting courses in many course. There are every thing study for life, environment, society and etc.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Tuition fee is more than 1000 rps monthly. That is good fee in college.40000 in 2year course.2year tution fee 20000 and exam fee 1000rps. Scholarship provide in college half fees are given in two year.

Campus Life

There are many annual and technical festivals they are providing special girls to given a self defence protection they teaching in this topic and given a motivation.yes journals available in library many good books are there in library. Yes there are eclass facilities in classroom.

Admission

Eligibility course 12th pass . Application form are find in college office. application fee is 100 rupees. The exam timing is doing in semester vise 6th month later in one year. One year too take a 2time exam. level is difficult but you learning and study well then I think you like easily to attend the exam.

They given time to time many tests, assignment, practical for students improve in study and they understand better for those activities.My experience tell them this college is very good good for other colleges. Course curriculum is not that much broad, It is brief and In my department I found Ancient history and Archaeology is very interesting. There's alot of things to know about our past ,we study about architecture and monasteries, and intersting sites so there's is a lot of fun and interst in this course In my time due to covid our semester timings are not for 6 months our exams were held in 3-4 months so that time we face alot of problem but that's ok Now everything is going so smooth

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is very helpful for students preparing for government jobs. Ancient history is one of the core subjects. The curriculum is good. Although we find it hard now and then but most students know the importance it holds. It is indeed difficult to pass the exams because it gets hectic. By the time T1 is over T2 and mid sem and viva are there. So all this is hard but hard work brings success.

Placement Experience:

In amu there a lot of companies visiting during placement time like samsung , tata (Tisco), Facebook, Mera, Intel and many more big companies to come and choose you. The normal package in amu like you. You can easily get 4-5 LPA and if we talk about the highest then it's going in crores. The percentage of students who are getting placed at Aligarh Muslim University it's like about 70-80% in every year and getting also good placements. Now iam doing my masters in history after that I want to do PhD in history in ancient fields and speciality to become a professor.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really wanted to know about human civilisation and worlds history. How civilisations took the shape and how we reached at this point where we are standing today. From the very beginning how things got linked to each other and now we can know about these things . The curriculum don't prepare you for real world application as such but if you want to do research or want to peruse phd then you have to be more responsible while choosing this course from this college because we can see the research scholars here , they are like personal assistant of professors. The curriculum should be more practical and teaching method should be more convenient, professors should teach it with some passion and more involvement of students . Our exam is semester based and the beside semesters there are internals , assignment , mid semester and viva and all and in all this you don't have time for any other activity . Exams should be held between propers gaps otherwise you read and write exams not learn.
