Course Curriculum Overview
ma clinical psychology in amity university is revelant and forms the core base for students pursuing for mphill and other diploma courses. there is great exposure in real world settings and strong faculty with complusory internship every semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
i purpused masters in clinical psychology amity university noida, the total course fee was approx 3.5 lakhs. in the first year i paid 1.75 lakhs which included tution fee , lab fee and refundable security money. My second year of masters total fee was 1.75 lakh aswell . for reserved categories like ST,SC,OBC the fee is usually low often under 10,000 per year. Scholarships are available , amity provides merit based scholarships with 100% tution fee and wavier for students with 93% in class 12 and 90% in graduation. some of my batchmates availed that support based on financial and merit needs. althought mess and hostel fees are seperate and cost around 80,000
Campus Life
the infrastructure at amity is the best, they have baskterball , gamming centers as well and with swiiming pools and so on . they gave canteens for all the blocks which is again an amazibng factor. over all i would give 10 on 10
Admission
i was doing my graduation from bangalore university and due to the board i couldnt apply for delhi university the next best option for me was amity university which is the best for clinical psychology.
Faculty
the faculty at student ratio at amity university was 1.20 allowing for decend interaction and mentorship. most faculty members were approachable especially you can reach out to garima srivastav for any guidance related to psychology background. the course stucture includes, cbt,dbt, psychometric approaches, which includes 2 semesters per year in the course of 2 years of masters. 30% are internal and 70% is wrriten.
Night Life
it cludes gyms , cafetria , librabry and public area for work and hostel that is a good combinaton and also hostel gives leaves for the saturday and sunday so that they can go for outing and can enjoy, there are cultually fest aswell
