Muthoot

The curricullum is obviously not muthoot's individually, its the KTU curicullum. All i have as a negative about it is that the time duration is not enough.. Why try to finish a 6 month course in 2.5

I havent reached that point yet but ive heard from seniors that its not too bad. A lot of oppurtunities to build your connections in your concerned industry is provided. I will update once i get more insight on the same.

As per my knowledge, i believe my college provides one of the best placements in kerela,especially for the cs department. As i have mentioned earlier our college has been rated the best for cs under ktu.

The college as per my knowledge provides a reasonable amount of scholarship and tried to gives us the facilities to match the amount of money we pqy. Scholarships are given based on your keam scores, board scores, reservations etc

This is an area where i think our college has space for improvement. More events can definitely be organized in order to increase the campus life factor of our college. The infrastructure is excellent, campus looking more like an IT company than a college.

I am lifinf in the girls hostel and there was a water issue that took 3 months to get solved. The food is mediocre, nothing too fancy but not too bad either. The wifi is only provided for laptops and you need to first go and meet a faculty in the college for the same. Yet, the service is not that good.

The admission process was very organized and systamatic. There were no confusions and any queries were cleared as soon as possible. Im pretty sure it took place over a few days so there was no overcrowding either.

The faculty is one of my favourite things about our college. They are very experienced, skilled and really knows how to teach. Usually one of the drawbacks of a gov. Institution will be the lack of effective teaching but you dont have to be worried about that in muthoot. with exceptions of a few unnecessarily strict and some very rude faculties, the rest are all gems.
