Likes

The college is full of trees and plants it seem to be evergreen .and during exam time they give us refreshment
The college has better sports facilities,courts,ground,nets ,indore games and gardens for residing etc
College ha s better rooms and well maintained computer lab abd restroom and well facilities of drinking water and a jym and a library it has too and cafetaria etc

Dislikes

The building was old so there is leakage during rainy season .the hostlers are bad for some students
The college has a cafeteria but not better it's some dirty and there is no clean restroom
The college is good but there furniture need to be improve and no certain charging pot

Courses in the college are good they have well maintained lab and Library and a good course and have a better placement they provide good opportunity tomus that we be sitted in campus during placement and have better campus recruitment

After 6 sem the companies were come to campus and student have to do the internship companies like Infosys , doll, it companies , automobile companies , botal ,nptel, are seemed to be here and they provide good package

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure are according to the branch like me it's 46k per semester and the tution fees is 38k and the rest of fees is 8k. Total fees paid per year cost is rs 100000 and a affordable price and also provide scholarship

Campus Life

In January we celebrate republic day , in February no , in March it's shivratri and Holi, and aayam fest in March, in April Ram navmi , Hanuman jayanti and in December the college startup day and college is start in December

Admission

Admission process is simple we can first did the jee exam and clear it after that we have to go to college for admission and according to our jee score we get admission in the branch of you score more than 93 you get IT and less than that you will get other branch improvement taken in the student section they took time

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio there are 6 faculty on 120 members for teaching there were 12 in each department and their skills are good for understanding the concept They use a simple and easier way for solving problem And often if we have doubt we can go through teacher any time in there cabin and they solve it

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

LIFE IN MITS-DU

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

The Institute has a separate cell for training & placement that cares for the industrial exposure & placement of students. They have the intensive classes for communication skills, personality development and group discussion that makes them to lead in the competitive world.

I applied for IET davv but I kept it as second preference in MP dte counselling. Other options available for me were some IIITs and lower branches in NITs but I wanted to go for IT sector. Now reason for me for choosing this college was it was slight better than iet and slight lower than IIITs but fees of IIITs was very high, So I didn't applied for them. When I applied for sgsits suddenly they increased their fees. I had no option left other than iet or taking sgsits, but in between confusions and dilemma I choosen sgsits by suggestions of relatives and other elders. Admission process is done through MP dte counselling, based on jee mains rank. Cutoff of general category for IT branch is about AIR 45,000. The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

I have applied to many nits and I got seat in NIT bhopal in electronics and communication branch. But I chose Sgsits cse over nit bhopal ece because I wanted to pursue my career in cse and I have no interest in ece. The admission process of the college is easy . First filling of application through date and then if we get seat we have to report college for the final admission process which is just of 1-2 hours and after fee submission your admission is confirmed.
