Course Curriculum Overview

4

MBBS course offers much more knowledge to learn about the diverse human body. The new CBME curriculum in MBBS aims to fulfil all the aspects of human welfare which made me choose MBBS There should be more clinically oriented lectures and seminars rather than theoretical aspects. There should be clinically oriented quizzes and more live surgery and other clinical experiences. The exams are much tougher than any exams. The frequency is also quite high. So it takes more time and effort to know everything in a very short span of time. But it is definitely worth it. The curriculum is progressing day by day and for sure it will make useful changes in the near future which will ease the process.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The annual college fee lies around 10,000- 15,000 and if you are lucky you may get scholarship based on your merit . The fees are not so high. But the books are quite expensive. There is no such hike and irregularities. Students can get NSP scholarships of amounts 78000 for freshers and 22000 for droppers There are student union responsibilities that I have taken like the literary magazine.

Campus Life

4

Annual college week - synapse held in October month The library is also good having all the necessary books , journals in sufficient amount. The students can freely issue books . The classrooms are smart classroom, having smart board, microphone, speakers well lighting. Gallery type sitting. There is a sport complex where all type of outdoor and indoor games can be played. There are literary, cultural, social - service clubs.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

A double seater room with bed , table , chair , wardrobe, balcony lights, fan. The meal quality is good. And menu have daily nonveg and veg is optional. The hostel registration is much simple , just get a form from the office , fill it up and send it to office. They will allot you in hostel

Admission

Eligibility is 10+2 with 75% and must clear neet-ug The directorate of medical education of every state provides all the necessary documents for admission and dates. There are reservation for ews , OBC - NCL , st , sc The entrance exam is held once in a year. The centres of exam should be good. There are such centres whose conditions are poor .

Faculty

4.5

There are suitable number of faculties in AMCH. For 200 students there are average 15-20 faculties in each department. Which is a very good ratio. The faculties are very well qualified and well experienced and they are also used to with the new generation teaching skills . The faculties makes mentor mentee groups of 1 teacher and 10 students which guide them all throughout the journey. There are often small group discussions, seminars , meetings between faculties and students to interact with them . The student can approach the teachers freely.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a course of choice for many people in our country. This is one of the most relevant courses you'll ever get. The profession of doctor itself is a encouraging one. Here the teaching is pretty well. Teachers will keep telling you real life scenerios and how they differ from our books. You'll get a good experience in this college as the patient load in hospital is quite good. You'll get a good chance to be a good doctor in real world.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose MBBs because it's a noble profession. A human being must serve people and society and it can be best done by being a doctor. That's why I chose MBBS. All faculties are NEET: PG qualified. Faculties are great experienced but few of them fail to deliver their knowledge fully but that's only a few. The faculty ratio is 1:20. The teaching method is mainly practical. Clinical exposure is given from 1st year itself. And for the theory part, there are smart classes available. The frequency of exams is high. More than twice a month you have to appear for an exam, may it be a semester or internal assessment or part completion test. Exams are not MCQ-based and the difficulty is moderate. A punctual study from starting makes it easy to pass any exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to become a doctor that's why I choose mbbs course in this college. The Course Curriculum and Exam structure are set by the National medical council. It's a 4.5 years course+1 year internship +1 year rural posting. We have regular internal exams but the university exams occur at the end of the 2nd semester, 5th semester, 7th semester, and 9th semester. Initially, the course is theory-based but later is more of a practical approach with quite enough clinical exposure and patient interactions. All faculties are expert and well trained.
