I got this college through josaa counselling using my jee mains rank. I did not had any much dream of studying in this college,but after spending here. I find it decent. I ultimately locked as I lived nearby and can visit home often. It is located near heart of city, so we can visit nearby places very easily. 1. In the JOSSA councelling i got NIt Patna Mechanical engineering in first round and after that i got NIt Bhoapl for the next five rounds of councelling. Thereafter i decided to go for CSAB councelling where i got hte same college that is NIT Bhopal for first round of CSAB and i got NIT Raipur electrical engineering in second round of CSAB. 2.I get rejection from few of the top nits because of my bit low rank rank in jee mains i cant made in few of the top nits because of theri high cutoff. 3.There is no direct admission process for my college. I applied for all the nits an some of state colleges and I got confirmation from bit mesra , coep pune , nit nagpur. But I chosen this college due to chemical engineering branch and the placements stats . Ya I got rejection in many colleges like nit Rourkela , nit bhopal , nit surat , nit suratkhal and many more due to my rank in jee mains . Admission process is starts from attempting jee mains you have to secure a good rank like less than 40000 to be here but at the same time if you are from chhattisgarh itself then you have good amount of chances to get this college in less ranks also due to homestate quoto....Read More

I applied for NIT raipur because thids college comes under national institute of importance by Government of India. This is very good institution in India. I got confirmed admission from IIT Bhubneswar for PhD, but I did not join there. I choose NIT Raipur other than IIT Bhubneswar as because it is old and it is providing me Master of Technology degree, rather than PhD. Yes, I got rejection from IIT Bombay, wehere I applied. I was not able to make it there because I could not score well in my GATE examination, which is required to get admission there. For admission in my college for pursuing the Master of Technology degree, you need to appear for the GATE examination. After you qualify the GATE exam, then on the basis of your rank in the examination you will get seat in IIT/NIT/other college for admission through CCMT counseling.
