Course Curriculum Overview
This mining engineering course is chosen by very few people so it will give you better placement scope. It is as important as army who works on border. We mine coal which is very important for electricity generation, also metal mining. I would suggest in this field, practical is very important. If we see how mine works rather than just studying, helps a lot. There are two exams conducted per semester. So we have to give overall 16 exams in this course. Exam level is average, you just have to study class notes, ppt, pdf, etc.
Internships Opportunities
Adani give internship to the students with an average stipend of about 20k. There are many companies available for internship for cs and it students or who do decent coding, web development and dsa. Company gives project based on their demand.
Placement Experience
Placement started from 6th semester. Adani, L&T, Tata, etc. No of companies visited is approx 200. Lowest placement is 6 lakh and highest is 55 lakhs. About 70% students get placed. I would like to give gate exams after btech degree
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fee vary for economically weaker section students. If the income is less than 1 lakh, you don't have to pay any fees. There are many scholarship available for obc, sc, st, and weaker section students. You can also take education loan. Placement is quite good overall
Campus Life
My college fest name is eclectika. This generally held in month of October. There are many books available in our library. Smart board available in every classroom. All types of indoor and outdoor games available in the college.
Hostel Facilities
There is one bed, one table and one chair available in room. Quality of food provided is average. Registration for hostel is done during admission process. You can rent room outside the campus like ddu, saraswati nagar, kota, etc
Admission
You have to clear jee mains with good percentile. It held two times in a year. Application form available on jee mains official site. Reservation based on category. Exam is of 3 hours. I would suggest after result you should check all college details with branch which you are getting and choose wisely after comparing all those things
