Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I wanted to study agriculture , so choose this course ,it has a lot of scope . Professors here are knowledgeable, but we need to make use of them , there are libraries and plenty of other resources that you can effectively utilise . Exams are pretty good if you prepare well and as for timing, will get enough time ,but sometimes some questions will be too long to write , timing should be adjusted to those questions

Internships Opportunities

3

I don't know much about the internships here , since iam not choosing to do internship here , But if you want to do intership the you can choose a company and you ahve to do it yourself , people from second year had gone to do intership in uttarkhand and all

Placement Experience

3.5

Not much knowledgavle in this area , but I think towards the end of third year or during 4 th year is the time for placement related things . There is a placement cell working in university in our branch , but not everyone is opting for placement . Most of them are choosing higher studies over jobs .

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is so much lesser while comparing to other agricultural universities , for first sem it is 13.2k including hostel fees and other charges , but after that it's 8/8.2k for each sem. And if you are in hostel provided by college no need to pay extra rent since it's already included in 8.2k , but seperate mess bill will be there There are scholorship provided by up govt for up students, icar scholorship for icar students, iam not aware of any other scholorships For icar its 3000 per month

Campus Life

3

There will a annual fest called SRISHTI every year , which is organized by IAS for three days, which includes many competitions and fun. Many other fests are there , Abhinandhan is freshers given to bsc ag students. Sports fest is known as SAHAS , many other clubs , extracurricular activities are arranged

Hostel Facilities

3

Iam staying in hostel provided by college, the rooms are clean and big enough . Two person per room, study table, wadrobe are provided , washroom are decent ,overall a decent accomodation As for food it's nice, permonth it's around 4k If you are through icar you will get hostel on the same day of admission , for others there will be allotment process and for that mean time I think you have to stay outside

Admission

+2 PCB/PCM/ABC/AMC CUET WEBSITE Since I don't have any reservation I am not knowledgable in this area , but I think details about this will be there in the brochure of cuet EXAM WAS MODERATE Collect certificates of all your reservations , don't opt for wrong options , be carefull when you choose a course.

Here you are eligible for placements after 6th semester. Many companies of fertilizer , seed corporation and food companies have visited and especially for Agri business management groups .Highest package offer here is 5Lakh and minm 2 Lakh per annum . Approx 30% students get their jobs in different sectors and many more in government jobs like ADO NABARD HDO and all other willingly give ICAR JRF or CUET PG for their masters degree .My plan is to get a government job as an officer level so that I can serve through holding power

Placement Experience:

The placements for the B.Sc Agriculture course at Invertis University are growing but may not be very high compared to technical courses. Some companies visit the campus for agriculture-related roles such as agri-input companies, seed companies, fertilizer companies, and marketing positions. Students with good communication and technical knowledge usually get good opportunities. However, not every student may get a direct campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Students get placed in starting of 4th year that is 7th semester. The companies that often visit are pradhan co.pvt.ltd, seed companies and drone companies also companies like Nestle and britannia visit for placements. Highest ctc in 2025 was 19LPA and the avg was 7.5 LPA these data are also available on nirf site. Nearly 30% students get placed because remaining prefer higher studies over placement, those who are financially weak consider placement. My plans are different, I'm preparing for CAT and want to persue mba in agribusiness management from iim ahmedabad or iim lucknow.
