What Students Say

Likes

Fests that are held are more fun and are good for student interaction
Mess food menu Is flexible and the students have the power to change the menu with proper budget plan
Senior and junior interaction is great and no ragging will take place

Dislikes

Timings of the classes and busy schedule
Due to busy schedule of students many students can not perform in extra curricular activities
Library is not completely set and is mostly not available

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is flexible as per convenience for every student all the lab experience will be useful in future and they need to improve their practical teaching and go out of the campus for the new exploration. There are 2 semesters per year and exams are based on the semesters.

Internships Opportunities

Projects like working under the facilities is not a big problem but internship are not many can get so it is a though competition for students to learn and get internships as soon as they learn and then placement cell gets new companyz for offering the students internships and projects

Placement Experience

From 6 th semester students are eligible for the campus placements and nearly 79 to 89 percentage of students get their placements and the highest package is like 16 to 24 lakh per annum and the placement cell will take care of the requirements of the students

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships like nsp can be applied and the documents needed for applicants will be provided by the university and there will be a faculty who takes care of the applications of the students for the scholarships

Campus Life

The annual experience is good and the access to the laboratory apart from the class timings are also good and fests like aahladh for cultural and atrang for technical and prothymos for sports are conducted every year

Hostel Facilities

Food is good and the facilities are not as good as every one expect in the top notch universities but the hostels are good when compared to other universities hostel fees are included in the fee structure and is affordable

Hostel Fee: INR 51000 per year

Admission

Should qualify jee mains Reservation applied on tution fees Teaching and environment is not top but not bad as well You can apply through josaa counceling and all the admission process will be online and document verification will be offline

Interview Experience

During the documents verification which will be held offline there will be a interaction with the faculty and the hod where we can clarify our doubts about the university and no interview will be held particularly

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

IIIT TRICHY

I have got seat in NIT but due late in PAF fee payment and other some unknown issues i have got rejected and the seat has been canclled in josaa councilling.I have got this college in CSAB counclling even though is good in perspective of hostel facility and in other . The admission process to get inyp this college JEE mains should be cleared with good percentail and rank .The admission process is through JOSAA and CSAB councilling process cutoff for SC,ST category rank around 3000 and for OC ,EWS ,OBC is below 60000 rank...Read More
