Course Curriculum Overview
Our curriculum is competency based medical education. It is very tough. It provides a good ambience to become a good doctor. There are many training sessions. Clinics are provided from second year onwards, ie, early clinical exposure.
Internships Opportunities
We are provided with one year internship. It is provided by every government medical college. We are provided with a stipened of 25000 for one year internship. The students are sent to various other hospitals to acquire clinical knowledge.
Fees and Financial Aid
Govt colleges fee structure are mainly based on reservation. For general and obc students, 26000 rupees is for one year. Except general students, other students are eligible for E-grantz scholarship provided by kerala government.
Campus Life
We are the first batch here. Therefore in every festivals in the college, our participation is most important. We enjoy each and every second. There are many programmes like arts, sports etc. There are many clubs like arts club, sports club, environment club etc.
Hostel Facilities
Now we are residing in hostel provided by college. The facilities are adjustable. Almost all facilities are provided here. 3 persons per one room. Now only 2 batch students are here. Meals provided are nice.
Admission
First, we have to apply for neet UG entrance exam. Then secure a good rank. After that, admission processes start. For each category, there is a minimum mark. We have to submit our sslc certificate, adhar, photo, sign, thumb impression etc. A college will be alloted based on your score in Neet.
