Life at Government Medical College Pathanamthitta Konni

Dislikes

The hospital is a bit far from the town therefore people usually opt nearby hospital over GMC
Lack of play ground and auditorium but both are under construction therefore hoping to have a theatre and playground in 2yrs time
The fact that hospital is still under the process of development

Admission:

The placement was based on NEET score, according to my Kerala rank I got placed at GMC Konni on the second allotment. If I had went on with the all india allotment then I would've gotten GMC Ernakulam or Alappuzha but due to a gut instinct(& lot of tension) I chose Konni and am not regretting it I chose Konni over Idukki due to the lack of facilities in GMC Idukki My Kerala rank was in 1200s Cut off was around 596marks
