I wanted to choose the course only as. Was interested in it It gives you excellent approach for life in general and job seeking opportunities More integration of teachers and students Exams are easy and held3 times in a sem

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placements after 7 sem Companies like srm construction and lnt visited Total of 10-15 students get placed Highest package is 700000 and student who got that have avg cgpa of 7 I will go for govt exams

Fees and Financial Aid

Annual fees is approx 200000 and there are no major hikes Complete cost of education is 800000 including everything Smvdu provides to josaa students and 5 batch toppers I have not taken any such campus employment

Campus Life

There are two fest titiksha the tech fest resurgence the cultural fest they are held 2 times in a year All books including course and literature books are available in the library Class rooms are spacious and equipped with facilities like smart class All sports are available in the campus Many groups like art sports dance clubs are there

Admission

I got selected through josaa but smvdu takes its own test smvduee You can find application form online on the website and fees is nominal All reservation benefits as given by all colleges Exams are easy if studied properly And are held 3 times in a semester Website can be improved

Placement Experience:

In case placement they tries give opportunities but didn't succeeded to much well. As 9.5 lpa is highest package by B.Tech CSE on campus but off-campus doing well as B.Tech CSE got 2 time 36 lpa as highest

Good things is that they offer minor courses for us where we can choose extra courses which we may find interesting and yaa not only that interdepartment projects can also be chosen which is very strange but don't seems relevant.curriculum earlier they were following of iit Delhi and new curriculum is not very exact and relevant because sometimes there are some unnecessary courses and no point of learning that course which forcefully imposed on us to take this course as it comes under institute department courses and are mandatory which is not so good

NIT srinagar : A place signifying Majesty of nature and a ground for academic growth

Placement Experience:

I think the students become eligible for placements after 6 th semester, if you are from CS / IT then you'll get enough opportunities for yourself... I know 8-9 seniors who have grabbed a pretty decent package from companies like Oracle If somehow you fail to get recruited on campus then i guess the off campus option is open for all I am pretty satisfied with the placement record atleast for IT The percentage placement for this year CSE was 51 considering recession part this seems good to me

First apply for jee mains exam and get a rank under 50000 and also minimum 75% marks in 12th exam and you have only three attempt to qualify jee mains exam if you clear the cutoff so you also eligible for jee advance exam for the admission in IIT

Review about Shri mata vaishni devi university

Remarks:

The university is situated in the Trikuta foothills and is 80 km away from the main Jammu city so one has to bear that because everything is not available sometimes. Electricity is 24×7 and the weather is awesome.

As I didn't applied for any other college and one of the reasons I chose this college because it is near to my home and better education policy. Nice and Unbiased review of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Katra

I have applied in many colleges and I also get seat in them but the only reason I use assembly because the college is close from my home. Just because of travelling purposes I choose this college. The admission process in our college is not very difficult. The only way to get admission in the college by csab counselling and by college internal counselling.The cut off of the branch is 60 percentile for general students.
