Likes

The faculty were so helpfull and were very friendly.
The friend I got from there were the best and I hold them to my heart.
Different fun activities helped us build social awareness and helped to build confidence in us.

Dislikes

There were a lack of drinking water facility.
The role of party was really not my type.
There were some partiality among the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum was best for the further application of the course. It empowered the students to explore the different scopes of the course. The semester wise exams made it more knowledgeable for the students those who wanted to study further.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 2000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There were several scholarships provided some by the state government and central government. There were other methods were students received fee reduction. One of the scholarship was E-grants which was applicable by students from OBC category with a certain anual income.

Campus Life

The experience for me in the college was very good. There were several clubs. Cadet groups like NCC and NSS were also available. All these experience helped us to become the person we are now. It was an awsome experience.

Admission

There was no entrance exam for the admission. It was done through online application and was based on the mark accured in higher secondary. The admission was verry well organised. There were no mistakes. The application can be submitted online. There are certain reservation like cast and others.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you could get in the practicing period for placements if you dont have any supply you could get placements and college provides internship from 3 rd semester. Highest packs could be goven bank and maybe delloit idk how much it is but an avg pack of 75k per month will be there. If you got skills you would get in there.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you will be eligible for campus placements. Big banks like federal bank, south indian bank provide high placement package with the highest package being 60k per month. Other IT companies like Wipro,accenture, and deloit etc also provide high package placements.Almost 50 to 75 percent of students get placed after third year. My plan is if i get a good package I'll go for the placement or else I'll go for my masters degree

A Decent College for BSc chemistry students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

The college has a well functioning placement assistance. There are various companies including banks and Tech based companies which arrives in the college for placements every year. Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

Placement Experience:

The placement of this campus is very excellent. The collage has a placement assistance cell and every year 50 companies reaching this college for placement drive . Every year more than 80 students gets placed in large companies like EY , MRF and banks like federal bank , South Indian Bank etc. The federal bank offers a highest package of 16 LPA for pg students and 8 students got placed in 2024-25 academic year. Placement is opens for students studying final year. There is coaching for placement for free of coast for the students who registered for placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.

Choose GCK ? Why and Why not

This was the only goverment college with the course I was looking for. Mistaken for the Kariavattom university campus, manu students apply for the college and upon arrival feel disappointed. But my case was different, I needed the course and the college was not an option. I didn't keep any other colleges for allotment. Just this one and got selected in the first round itself. For admission one needs to have high marks in the 12th. Especially in biologyz chemistry and physics. Index marks with high scores are more probable to get in....Read More

Bsc geography is a very good coarse but it is difficult to score marks. It is job oriented. It can be in many field after tsking geography. We can perform very well in upsc exams. It enables critical thinking and there are many interesting features to learn . We can get the application form online or from the college itself . The eligibility of the course is to have 60% and above in science stream for higher studies. Interested students can apply for BSc Biochemistry in this college. Admission process is via allotment.
