Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculums are well planned our course is 4.5 year and one year internships. Each year we have 3 internals and then university exam. For eligibility to university we should have average mark in all subjects and 75 %attendence

Internships Opportunities

Our internship is at yenepoya medical collage hospital for 365 days with proper guidance. We have posting on every department including medicine , surgery, obg ,pediatrics, dermatology, dental, PHC , radiology etc

Fees and Financial Aid

We have 2 packages 1) Muslim minority/management both having same fee 15 lakh per year 2)NRI Courta 20 lakh per year The fee structure varies each year Also there is 5- 10 government seats which have only 2 lakh per year

Campus Life

Campus is extremely calm and quite with full of greeneries. We have a huge library on the front of academic block. The distance between college and our hospital is less than a kilometer. We have good access for food

Hostel Facilities

Our room are pretty good, we are 3 people in one room with 1 toilet and 1 wash area separately. We have choice of AC and Non AC. Menu will change in every month and food quality and taste are good. We have access to laundry service

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

Admission process was smooth. It is based on your score on medical entrance exam . The thing I didn't like about application process was we were not able to contact to college for details but Everything is given in NMC site

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very comprehensive and relevant for exams but not for real world applications. I feel let the parts of body I was specially fascinating so I like anatomy very much and we also got a very good teacher, the curriculum is very good for examinations however the real wall applications of this curriculum is very little, they should be more real life applications and whatever the latest technology than studies are happening the student should get the latest info about them, timing between two exams in an internal semester should be a little more such as a day or two because we do not get time to prepare the subjects curriculum very well for the examination.

This college is graded A+under NAAC grading. Also the infrasturcture is known to be one of the best and also the patient inflow which is mandatory factor for mbbs is sufficient here.
