Reality of DTU placements

The production engineering curriculum at DTU is a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. students can secure internships during the summer break after their third year. diligent performance during internsips often leads to pre-placement offers from the same companies during the final placement session . the internships you will only get with your skills and learnings and your projects

May be from the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. and you can take internships in any year. most of the companies comes to dtu for placements like google ,microsoft ,TCS ,wipro and many more.no of offers are around 1500 to 2000. i think the highest package is around 1.8cr which is of course international. and the average may be around 12lakhs. I think 70 to 75 % students gets placed every year before the receesion time but nome its going worst day to day my plan after getting the degree is to get placed

Fee structure :the total fee for a btech program in dtu is 979100 for four year program the fees is incresed by 10% every year. scholarships and financial assistance: 1)Merit scholarships:these are available for students based on academic performance. DTU campus thrives with energy and camaraderie .Students from diverse backgrounds come together creating a lively atmosphere.and dtu conducts the largest north india fest which is Engifest and innovision techfest. 2)club involvements: engifest is conducted by a club called cultural council and many more of clubs are present there for joining . 3)Infrastructure:Library ,classrooms both have very good conditon and both have centralised AC's. 4)Overall Experience: dtu campus life offers a blend of social engagement,learning and creativity.

The eligibility criteria is to pass the jee main exam. Secure atleast 60%marks in aggregate in physics, chemistry, maths in class Xll Admission is done based on rank in jee main through joint Admission counselling Delhi(JAC) Delhi. Candidates need to appear for the jee main examination. After the jee main results are declared, candidates can participate in the JAC Delhi counselling.
