I chose MSIT because of its location . Janakpuri is a very nice area especially in terms of safety for girls apart from this college has a nice placements in comparison of other colleges of IPU . Fees is also so affordable . Seniors and teachers are so helpful and its so easy to score in IPU like you can focus on your hobbies easily . You don't have to spend so much time with your academics. You can cover whole portion in 2-3 days . Many societies are also there in the college which will help you with your extra activities. you can interact with the seniors and others via these.

I am a student in 2nd year so I have no such knowledge about internships till now but yeah internship opportunities are available to all .. companies that are no that famous visit the college... Students are expected to go for unique projects so that they can get easily select

College provides placements to the students . Highest package is 55LPA (oncampus) . Students are eligible for the placements from the 6 sem . Companies like amazon,flipkart, microsoft, google dont visit the colleges . 7.5 plus CGPA is mandatory .

in first year its about 1,44,300 may be but before that at the time of admission process you have to deposit 40000 but it will be managed in your tuition fee lately . some caution is also there . Last year there is reservations for the jaat students but this year it is removed completely only the reservation for the home states is there . in 3 or 4 th year you will get the chances for internships with stipends

College does not have a better infrastructure and so for the hostels. there are common washrooms in the hostels, this college has an average campus life because the canteen is so outdated here. only a single hostel for boys and girls is there. in social aspects, college is so active. Societies of the college are responsible for the same. societies in the college are PRAKRITI, ECELL , GEEK ROOM, OCTAVE and many more like dance society, drama society and all

Hostels are such a mess here .Double seater rooms are available with so limited space . no attached washroom are available . only a bed without mattress, a study table and a chair are provided to you . single electricity socket is there in the room . you have to go for an extension board. food is also so bad . you have to pay 53000 for the hostel and 3150 separately per month fot the mess food. you cannot go for the tiffins . if you wanna go for tiffin ..you can go but you have to pay 3150 .hostel payment is done via DD thats not a tough task cuz bank is there in the college . so many pgs and flats are available in the nearby at a very affordable price . hostel timings are 6:00 a.m. to 7p.m. for girls and 10p.m. for boys

for getting admission in MSIT we have to apply in ipu admission process. University have a separate portal for this . You can get admissions on the basis of JEE Mains or CUET. Admission process have 3 rounds . You can enroll before any round.i took the admissions through JEE Mains and remember there is a criteria for others state and home state. there is 65% reservation for home states . So if you belong to delhi then you can get CSE at abouts 80k easily or for other state its about 50k approx . Application fee is about 1500 not sure for this but its approximately correct .
