Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are good. Practical labs are also there. Its upto you how attentive and regular you are in the labs as practical knowledege is necessary in the field from which you are.

Internships Opportunities

There are some companies that come for the summer internship but it is advisable to do outside internships because u can select ur field of work as well as the location u want to get use to.

Placement Experience

As I am first year student so i can't say much on this but yes i have seen some companies like INFOSYS , SMARTPRIX , n mostly students have been placed in cse/it branch.

College Events

Yes our college arrange some events but this year no fresher party as someone died . Last year college organised fest where singer killind gaba came . Sports meetup also took place where kadambi , Pv Sindhu came.

Fee Structure And Facilities

About 1lac p.a is the fees which i think is ok as compared to other colleges who are charging 2lac pa. There are loan facility also there. At the beggining about 40k + 66500 is being charged.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes I think our college provide this loan facility but not sure as I made my payment through DD so no idea on this whereas scholarship are provided to backward category people under govt scheme.

Hostel Facilities

No hostel facility. PG are easily available but its not advisable to stay there as behind the college its slum. One could take PG in laxmi nagar which is nearby to the college if they are from outside delhi.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

I have not seen such things right now but it will be there for sure. I have seen that all contacts of alumni are available on the official website of the college so if one wants to ask something they can get the information from the particular website

Well its mix match i would say. Some of the member are very educated and some are freshers are also there . But if you belong yo Cse branch in 1 year than definately you will get best faculty for that particular subject.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course curriculum at DTU is quite relevant and comprehensive. The reason I chose this course was the mix of strong fundamentals in the first year—like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Programming—followed by department-specific core and elective courses that allow some flexibility and specialization. The curriculum gives a solid foundation for both real-world applications and further studies, especially through hands-on projects and lab work. That said, some areas could be improved, like including more industry exposure, internships, and practical case studies to bridge theory and real-world problems. Exams happen twice a semester (mid-terms and end-terms) and include assignments and projects as part of evaluation. While most exams are manageable if you keep up with the coursework, a few subjects can be challenging, and preparation is key to avoid surprises.

NIT Delhi: A Balanced Blend of Academics, Opportunities, and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The annual placements at NIT Delhi are consistently getting better year by year where the top branches such as CSE, ECE, and IT are leading the way with their strong placement rates. Many students get hired at very attractive salaries by well-established companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Microsoft, and Amazon. For example, the CTC of the best offers have reached as high as ?15–20 LPA in some instances. The Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical branches also contribute to the university’s overall placement record to some extent. Those students usually boost the available opportunities for themselves by taking up internships and off-campus offers. Moreover, the students who fail to get a job on the campus can still benefit out of the college atmosphere where the strong basics of coding, projects, and practical skills are taught which makes the students quite employable at startups, off-campus, or even when going for higher studies like M.Tech/GATE/abroad. Great Placements but Campus needs improvements

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements. Almost 90% students gets placed. The top companies are Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google and Adobe. The highest package is 53 lacks and the average package is 20 lacs. I plan to become a software engineer after i complete my course or study further.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students get hired, obviously, and they get a decent package. Highest package from our college is 52 LPA. Average package is 7-8 LPA. Highest package off campus is 1.2 Cr. Per annum.

Walking you through ADGIPS

I applied to IPU counselling through JEE mains. I didn't have many options but I was getting HMR university, Echleon institute of technology, Guru teg Bahadur 4th centenary college, etc. I chose this college because among other IP colleges it has a better placement ratio and good environment and crowd. I wanted colleges like Maharaja agrasen institute of technology, maharaja surajmal institute of technology, bhartiya vidhyapeeth which comes on top of IPU rank list but due to my JEE rank was not able to get it but I'm still content with what I have. To get into my college u need to have a JEE rank around 4L for Tech branches and 6-7 L for other branches like Ece, Me etc. Admission experience was fine IPU delays the process alot but it was still manageable so overall fine...Read More

An okay choice if you want a GGSIPU govt. degree

I honestly didn't want to go to a private college , that was never my first choice even my last choice also but with my jee mains rank that was around one lakh ninety thousand I couldn't get any of the nits or some government college.The reason I chose this college because this college is affiliated to GGSIPU (guru gobind singh indraprastha university), so the degree is a government recognized one which can be valuable in the future.This was one of the main factor for me in the finalizing this college.
