- I felt like some teachers are putting pressure in students . Not because of they are bad at academics, for something else
- The attendance is registered online. If we are anable to attend one period, we lost whole day attendance
Course Curriculum Overview
I am studying Bsc Botany and Computational Biology ( double main ). As I mentioned double main courses are pretty rare in my view. So I thought it would enhance my knowledge and my carrier. Course has a intense syllabus covering almost every topic in both Botany and Computational Biology. Teachers are very supportive and friendly. They makes sure that everyone is understanding what they taught us. I think we always stick to these two main stream. We don't have any other language subjects. Which make the long hours of classes little hard. Exams are conducting frequently and showing us where to improve.
Fees and Financial Aid
Because I am in a aided stream tuition fee is less , compared to others. Nearly 7000 per semester. Currently im doing my 4th semester so I don't know the exact cost of couse. In my guess it would cost nearly 40000-50000. Many scholarships are available for eligible students like E-grants, Premetric , Post metric scholarships
Campus Life
Talking about the facilities, All classes have television in class and campus provides internet connectivity to students for free. Water purifiers are everywhere. All major events and festivals are conducted
Admission
Firstly I applied through calicut university allotment. I got admission in this college through aided quota. For my course doesn't have any eligibility criteria. The application fees cost almost 400 Rs. College frequently conducts exams and other events. But timing provided by university sometimes makes students difficult to handle exam pressure. I got all support from the college administration.
