HONEST EXPERIENCE OF IRMA

Irma has a very good curriculum which is more practical based which means it connects the students regularly with the fields or markets, there are 3 filed observations which makes Irma unique and the period them is also a decent time period. Initially when you does not know anything there is a integrated field visit segment it is when you are in the first week of joining. Second is village field work segment which is of 8 week it is after completion of 1st term.third segment is summer internship segment for 2 months. These make Irma a different institute which provide some handsome experience to learn.

The roles in internship are like in marketing it is marketing research majority of the offers inthe internship are based on research and there are many companies from different sector come to campus from FMCG, microfinance, development and the stipend amount is also decent.

The final placement generally come in the 5th trimester.for the internship it is in the 2nd trimester The number of companies visiting to the campus may varies yearly. The offers available for the students in internships are more than the number of students in the batch The median stipend is also varies yearly but it is around fifty thousand rupees and for the final placements the average may varies yearly The sectors of companies are marketing ,sales, bfsi, microfinance, development sectors.

The fee structure of Irma varies on variable time period it is not any specific and the fee amount also varies without any specific time period it depends on the services that are provided by the institute to the students If there are any new services added then fee structure may varies. Irma provides a decent number of scholarships to the students and there are merit based scholarships and category based scholarships.Also there are various number of student committees and student representative clubs to participate and learn some management skills.

The overall college life is very good the infrastructure in the hostel and college class rooms are very good.singke occupancy rooms are provided.there are various clubs in the Irma from marketing,finance, organic farming and many you can join in your favourite club all the club's will conduct various activities regarding their domain.many people also participate in case study competietions also. The sports events are also conducted regualry various games are conducted both indoor and outdoor and various leagues also conducted students also participate enthusiastically in the league's.library facilities are also available both online services and offline services.

The single occupancy rooms are available and the cleaning of room services is also available regularly. The rooms are provided inside the campus for every student there is no necessary to stay outside the campus.The mess is also available inside the campus.When you have joined in the campus the first day of registration you have been provided with a room and the process is also easy it is not a lengthy also it does take much time on the spot they will provide you the keys of the room. Inside the room all the basic necessities are being provided from cot to cupboard,desks everything is there in the rooms.

The admission of process of Irma is fair and transparent, initially we want to cross the basic cut off through the mba entrance exams,the entrance exams accepted are CAT,XAT(current year),CMAT( Previous year), after that there is a written ability test based which is a compulsary round but not eliminatory after that there is an interview. Discuss the application process and cut-off if you took any entrance exams.The eligibility criteria is any person who have completed graduation and who are currently in the final year of graduation are eligible.for the application you can apply through the Irma official website and application fee may vary yearly the cut offs for cat and xat for all categories are equal. For the year 2023 cat and xat cutoffs are general category:85 percentile,obc and ews :79 sc : St : If your from any backward area/district you may get chance to add some percentage of marks in the final selection. majority of the people in Irma are from agriculture background

There is no group discussion in the Irma admission process.But there are written ability test and interview rounds the wat varies year wise some times it is like image understanding sometimes it may be like an essay writing the test is majorly to understand the rural knowledge of the person. The interview happened for me is an offline round it lasts for 15- 30 mins my interview happened for 25 min the majority of questions are about family, education background, general knowledge questions. It is like a normal discussion and the interview completed very cool there is no pressure applied on you during the interview.
