Course Curriculum Overview

The MBA course had many hands on experiences for us, also it was updated very recentyl for the next batch. Teaching method is good they use laptops and screens to elaborate on the topic. They do not miss out any important topics. Important questions are stressed out which gave the students an opportunity to focus more on them which made the exam much easier.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement is available but its not that easy or i can say its not upto what they say during the admission. In the third year they are eligible of campus placements. KPMG, and some mangalore based companies had come. 20000 to 35000 is the average package.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for students who acquired 70% in their degree gets some amount of fees reduced. And ones the demand of the seat increase the fees increases to next level. So better to catch the seat soon. Their are extra fees taken for few of the activities provided by the college. Exam fees were usually 1k To 2k . Loan payment of fees is available for the students. And scholarships also available but there is some tough procedures. I haven't taken any campus employment but they do have that since the college (sahyadri) has their own company inside the college itself where many students work their wiile they are studying in the college.

Campus Life

Annual programs are less in sahyadri. They have 1 main function for the MBA students but engineering students has more than that. They conduct holi sometimes.. the library is really huge and you can get many insights from their. Its known for its central library. The classroom has projectors, switch board. Sports like football cricket etc are held. Yes students committee including teachers has a club which aims to give confidence to the students who sit back and does not come forward. I have seen changes in many of the students who joined this club.

Admission

Yes we have to write entrance exam, i wrote KMAT, the other process was easy. Eligibility for Mba is passing Degree. You can find application form and ither details ones u visit the college office. Exams took place in every 3 months, difficulty level is medium to high, depends on the subjects. Admission process is easy.

the course curriculum is very much relevant to today's corporate world. the curriculum is set by our faculties itself and is very much related to the current requirements of the corporate we have both theoretical and practical teaching happening alternatively which helps us to understamd the comcepts easily the frequency of the examination is at the correct level like we have only one midterm exam and then we have 1 month gap for our trimester exams.

Placement Experience:

In 3rd semester is when you will be eligible for placements or internships. Therr are different companies that take initiative to come for hiring and for MBA the highest pacage was 9LPA which keeps increasing every year and the college also put alot of effort to make sure all the students gets placements. And the average package is 6 to 7 LPA and there are alomst 75% of students who get placements on how well you perform and they will also give you various training tha are given to every student which helps then in interviews and to get placed and ther is TYL program which is Tie you laces that comes with aptitude and verbal training which is important for and placements or job. And my plan is to get a good job in the most reputable company

Students become eligible for the campus placements from around the 4th trimester (2nd year) onwards. The college placement cell is very efficient and super helpful in providing placement opportunities to the students and always aid them. Companies like Mahindra Finance, Vodafone, Airtel, Nykaa, Wipro, Bosch etc. The average package is around 8 LPA and the highest package offered so far has been 16 LPA. There is nearly 100% placement from the college.

When I was applying for colleges, I explored a mix of government and private engineering colleges offering BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). I received confirmed admission offers from a few private colleges, but I ultimately chose this college because it felt like the best overall fit for my academic goals, affordability, and learning environment.
