Microbiology is a branch of science that deals with the study of microorganisms. In these days microorganisms have a great role in the environment.There will be two internal exams in a semester and an end semester examination.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

There were several companies which visited the college which includes SBI federal bank Lulu group Cement company. Accenture has also visits the college. Several students form the department of microbiology has also got placed.The college has a placement cell

Fees and Financial Aid

The campus is about 19 acres. It is a beautiful campus with a lot of trees and the environment is very peaceful. The college has an anti-ragging cell and the college has a college union. The college library is on three floors.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of the college is very elegant and beautiful. The college is 100 years old and has greatly influenced many prominent people in Kerala like Prem Nazeer, Ommen Chandy etc. The campus is very suitable for studying

Admission

Eligibility for the course is 50% and above in plustwo in science stream including biology. Application form is available in college website .The subject not as difficult if you are ready to study hard. The course is double code with microbiology and zoology

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has a very good curriculum. It teaches all the subjects and areas we want to know and learn. Also , there are references put for each topic, so it's easy to learn. Also there are plenty of sites that we can collect information apart from these references.The curriculum prepares us very well in both theoretical and clinical aspects by providing sufficient information and experience option. Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology is a professional course which makes students capable of providing rehabilitation services to individuals with communication difficulties and hearing impairment. The faculty at the National Institute of Speech and Hearing is excellent. The institute has a faculty-student ratio of about 1:4. All of the faculties are well qualified in the field with either master's in audiology and speech-language pathology or a PhD in the core area. The exams are conducted by the University of Health Sciences on a semester basis and the difficulty level of the exams will be hard.
