I've given GATE (Graduate Apptitude Test in Engineering) and got 400 marks out of 1000. As Thermal Engineering course is very limited,PDPU is one of the best in Gujarat as it has some International standard infrastructure as well the ambience of the campus is amazing. The facilities like canteen, free wifi, library, non curricular activities, around 15 clubs make PDPU distinct than other colleges.

Course is well defimed as well as all the faculties having Ph.D. and very vast experience. There are lots of seminar and workshops are held to give students a platform to intrect with experts.

There are many R&D compnies like IPR,ITER,CSMCRI and ISRO took the students for their 1 year project. Mostly are giving monthly stipend around rs 8000.

There are many recognized compnies like Relience,GSPC,L&T,infosys,Linde came for placements. Around 60-70% students get placed every year.

Every year there's two major fests. One is tech. Fest held in October named TESSARECT. Another is cultural festival named FLARE. Othe than these 2,there are many events held in the campus as there's around 15 clubs.

Fees are little bit higher than other private organizations.

There are around 60-70 girls per 100 boys. Cultural activities are the major attraction of PDPU. Every semester there's sports compitition involving table tennis,lawn tennis, cricket,football,basketball,chess. There's on quiz club,litrature club,ome gamimg club also.

Hostel facility is the the best. One can fell comfort of 5 hotel mess food is also yummy as there variety of food choices there.

Mostly all alumnis are having good jobs and by observing them we all get motivated.
