Likes

I liked its infrastructure which is better than du colleges.
Some faculties are very helpful in terms of understanding.
Strictness is not a major factor here. Teachers help you to maintain attendance.

Dislikes

You cannot play in the ground till 2:30 p.m.
Canteen food is not so good. Somethings are good though.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have seen my colleagues getting paid highly in different branches of engineering. That gave me motivation to pursue b.tech. as my career. Enginnering tells us about how world works through circuits, AI Backend administration, etc. Sometimes, i feel colleges can improve their teaching methods to more realistic and practical method than just dictating notes and giving assignments. Exams in colleges are easy to crack if you study well.

Internships Opportunities

TCS and airtel provide backend internships such as calling and customer case. College gives you attendance on the basis of your attended workdays. Time to work is 9 to 5 p.m.GEEKFORGEEKS also provides internship facilities

Placement Experience

From 3rd semester, you are eligible for campus placement. At the end of 3rd semester, placement drive gets on. Many companies visit such as amazon, tcs, wipro, etc. Highest package till date is offered by amazon which is 44 lpa(on campus). Almost 90% students gets placed on campus. Average package is around 350000. It generally consists of backend roles. My advice is to always start your career by a good salary which becomes a base for your upcoming jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

My total cost for btech for 1st year was 144000. Including everything. College is providing average amount of scholarships these days. Financially, you cannot depend upon internships, scholarships,etc. You have to do these things on your own.

Campus Life

Utkarsh is the name for annual cultural festival It occurs in march every year. It generally includes games, book stalls, dance competitions and other fun activities like blind dating. You can access books in library at any time and you can take them with you by just giving your id card. Some classrooms have smartboard but there is no technical advancements in any of the 1st year classroom. Sports is not so glorified in this college. Some equipments are provided by the college and some you have to carry on your own. Many social groups and societies are there including animal welfare. They are active at all occassions. These activities keeps a student life busy and interesting.

Admission

Admission process is on the basis of jee rank. Means good rank, means good rank. For entrance exam like jee, you have to go to official website and click on admissions tab and go further. If you are from reservation category, you can have a better college even if you have not so good rank. For successful registration, you have to give a fee of 1000. Jee conducts twice a year(feb and april). Exam can be moderate to high level difficulty based on your luck. You can check out different colleges and their dates for admission process in your free time to get the best college

Overview of DTU

Placement Experience:

Students are available to get placed starting sem 7, the placements of my college are great, it's fairly easy to get placed, most students get placed by the end of sem 8, Companies like Adobe, Google, Microsoft, Amazon come to our college, the highest placed student this year was 80 lakhs, all the companies mentioned above took atleast 4-10, students. Around 80% students are placed for sure, My plans after getting the degree is to become a content creator whole doing my job, trying to balance everything, also i have plans to start my own business

Placement Experience:

Placement offers are not that good, like if you're pursuing other courses than btech so the placement is good but in btech, tech companies don't come that often, so you have to develop your skills during your academics and apply offline for job.

My honest review about Delhi technical campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

Currently what a job require and what we are being taught in the college, totally different. We have to study separately for preparing job because in our course curriculum, importance skills aren't taught and the frequency of exam throughout the year is too much. We don't get enough time for preparing jobs. We need less frequency of exams throughout the year so that we can prepare for a job.

Life and learning at ADGIPS

Course Curriculum Overview:

industry relevent topics like ai , python , oops, numpy ,pandas, sql , etc with balance with theory and also with maths good for job readliness in tech role because of sql , pandas and machine learnig like laguages in collage teachers are still using old studioes for programming they are not switching to vs studio and jupyter notebook like studios papers are moderate but they are too frequent like 2 mid tearm with externam practical and then end term and center of exams some time placed at very far place which is not good

DTU- a glimpse

Placement Experience:

The campus placements starts from the beginning of the 7th semester. The stats of the top-branches is quite good, more the 80 percent students who applied for the placements get offers. The major tech-companies like Google, Microsoft ,Amazon, Uber,SalesForces,Meesho etc visits for the campus placement. The highest package offered till now is 1.84CR by the amazon ireland, the avg package of the tech branches lies between 18-20lpa. overall 75-85 students get placed.

Walking you through ADGIPS

I applied to IPU counselling through JEE mains. I didn't have many options but I was getting HMR university, Echleon institute of technology, Guru teg Bahadur 4th centenary college, etc. I chose this college because among other IP colleges it has a better placement ratio and good environment and crowd. I wanted colleges like Maharaja agrasen institute of technology, maharaja surajmal institute of technology, bhartiya vidhyapeeth which comes on top of IPU rank list but due to my JEE rank was not able to get it but I'm still content with what I have. To get into my college u need to have a JEE rank around 4L for Tech branches and 6-7 L for other branches like Ece, Me etc. Admission experience was fine IPU delays the process alot but it was still manageable so overall fine...Read More

An okay choice if you want a GGSIPU govt. degree

I honestly didn't want to go to a private college , that was never my first choice even my last choice also but with my jee mains rank that was around one lakh ninety thousand I couldn't get any of the nits or some government college.The reason I chose this college because this college is affiliated to GGSIPU (guru gobind singh indraprastha university), so the degree is a government recognized one which can be valuable in the future.This was one of the main factor for me in the finalizing this college. The admission process was simple here, they accept the jee main score as eligibilty and the candidate need to go through the IPU counselling.I picked this college as it gave me the assurance of govt. university degree without a burden of extreme fee burden and also it is a god college to continue my studies....Read More
