I have applied for SRCC, HANSRAJ, RAMJAS, GARGI, HINDU, LSR, DRC and etc. But I got DRC( Daulat Ram College) and I have no option I have not rejected from the, in first allotment round I got DRC and this is the girl's college so my parents didn't allow me to go for other rounds. For taking admission first you need to give CUET then according to your CUET score you will get college . CUET exam eligibility is 12 passed students. To get good college the cutoff will be 93-99 out of 100 based on CUET score. And the most important thing is you need to have patience because it has so long procedure . The form should be fill when you are in 12 class between January - February and you will get finally admission in last week of August....Read More

University of Delhi accepts admission via CUET Exam, followed by the preference list made by the candidates, then allocating the college keeping in mind all the supernumery quotas and CUET Scores. My raw scores of CUET were 770/800, which gave me an idea of getting into Hansraj College, BUT, NTA had other plans! They calculated my final score as 740 out of nowhere. I had ECA in creative writing (english), quiz & nss where I secured HIGHEST MARKS in past 5 years in the history of ECA in creative writing: 59. Instead of getting a college according to my highest score 59, I got a college with lowest score in NSS(34). It was IPCW. This experience has lowered my morale a LOT. So, there was no option left and I had to accept my college at first allocation round i.e. Daulat Ram College. 1) me and my batchmates all gave cuet. Through cuet we filled the colleges names and our name came up on the list. So we were assigned this college through cuet and we had to accept it. I chose this college because Delhi university students are well known. And i also heard the history dept of daulat ram college is pretty good 2) i didn't apply for other colleges than du colleges and i got daulat ram assigned to me thus i took it. 3) the exam through which u get admission in du is through CUET only. The eligibility is you have to pass you 12th with atleadt 45 percentage. And you have to have studied the subjects in your 12th for those whom u appeared in the CUET exams for. The cutoffs depend on the year and also the marks of the students. The cutt offs go usually high for delhi university. For my course and my college, the cut offs were 740+ for general and different for other reservationsl categories. You can also get admission through sports category, where you will have to give an exam for you respective sport. The cut offs also depend on the course. For eg. the cut offs for psychology courses are usually higher as it is offered in some selective colleges of delhi university only. 4) the cuet exams are pretty easy if u are well versed of your twelfth....Read More
