Course Curriculum Overview
First off all,CS was in trend was more job oriented and placement was decent . Curriculum is designed in such a way that,you will be updated as soon as new technology introduced,but in our we still study outdated syllabus which has no use in our IT job. Professor should remove outdated subject as soon as possible, they should update syllabus on every 4 year,they should include personality development course which should be compulsory for all. In each semester they take two exams,one is internal mide term exam second is external University end term exam.
Placement Experience
Placement is decent in our college from 800 student 600 students our get placed every year, apart from this year.from 3rd year onwards you are eligible for campus placement, Amazon visited last year they 40LPA highest in campus placement, however student apply for off campus last year 95LPA from Goldman Sachs was highest from our college,79%students our placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
College doesn't provide any scholarship, however you can apply for Delhi government scholarship based on income,or private scholarship like reliance foundation scholarship.145000 is tution for each year, on yearly basis they increase by 10%,I was part of NCC 1DGD battalion of MAIT, only society which I feel worth joining is NCC ,as they really train you,on your weak part, after leaving you will find new your self believe me.
Campus Life
Their is various society like GDSC,they recently won SIH hackathon,we have huge Library, you can all the reasearch paper.we have AC's in our classroom,we have a football ground.our senior have designed a web portal where students can easily see their end term result,whic is now part of IP University,we have a platform where you can find PYQS,NOTES,E BOOKS etc.
Admission
MAIT Delhi is the top private college from IPU Delhi, admission to this college are through councelling process which is conducted by IP University councelling process takes a couple of round(3round) then spot rounds normal rounds generally have 80% reservation criteria for inside Delhi candidate and rest for other state students and then spot rounds are without reservation general cutt off for my branch (out of Delhi ) is 75k rank in jee mains
