I liked the competition in NIT Raipur, the competition is real hard to overcome
The clubs and committees were dam good , we have clubs related to ever category

Dislikes

There are less hostel accommodation for second year
Even hostels seat have reservations, then how can genere category students survive

Course Curriculum Overview

As an CSE student I am more interested in technology and coding . I personally don't like physics and chemistry even taking part in my degree life , So I wish to remove those subject. Coming to core the syllabus was nice and exam were little bit tough

Internships Opportunities

Internship were not so good, the opportunities were less and competition were too high . Main placement is based on Data Structure and Algorithms and it's not easy . Managing both preparation for internships and semesters is bit harder .

Placement Experience

The placement in final year were good , but coming to internship, there little up in some year and down in some year. After corona the placement were reduced. The average package for CSE students is nearly 15 LPA and other branch placements were also decent.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee for general categories with above 5 lakhs annual income is nearly 1,50,000 for 1 year and will be reduced based on categories and annual income.For income less then 1 lakh student should pay only 1200 for semester and 10000 as admission fee while joining

Campus Life

The clubs we good and fest will be conducted from November to March mostly ever year. The biggest central India fest named eclectika is conducted in our campus. Celebrities all over India visit this fest .

Admission

My cutoff rank for joining this college was 12707 and I got 10155 and after getting the seat the document verification was little bit tough because the last result was released on 3rd oct 2022 and the document verification was held on 4th oct 2022 so I got my journey issues to reach the college

from 4th semesters companies started to hire students as their interns. and most of the 7th semester students get offer letters . The average placement of my department is 3 lakh per year. 25 percentage of students are getting placed in the collage placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are decent, average package is somewhere around 10-11 LPA and lowest around 4 LPA where are the highest is around 65 LPA. around 70% of students get placed through campus placement. As this is an NIT, there are many intership opportunity and stipend varis from 10,000-35,000 per month. Companies like Adobe, AMD, Intel, Microsoft provide intership opportunities in this college and over 20% students get properly paid internships

Placement Experience:

Collage provides the best placements in the whole chattishgar, it is one of the few collages in the whole country which have a dedicated drone learning ecosystem. In the 2020-2024 session averge placement is around 11.6 LPA, with the higest pakage of 34LPA and lowest of 3.6LPA. Accourding to ratio of eligible candidate and placed candidate, 9-0 percent of then get placed. Not only the placements, collage also helps in finding internships as well.

NIT Raipur (The Fastest Developing NIT)

Some major points where NIT Raipur stands out over the other colleges. It's Placements, being an NIT it's decent enough for anyone choosing a college in a peaceful and affordable city like Raipur. It's Alumni connections, that make the college foundation really strong. The Student Culture is really good for personal growth, for someone who is still figuring out his/her career NIT RR could be a really good college for them. The Hackathons and CP Culture are awesome Almost in every competition on Unstop, HackerEarth, Case Study competition, Codechef, and Codeforces there is at least 1 winner or a finalist from NIT Raipur.
