Course Curriculum Overview

3

BE degree we are going to get curriculum is based on VTU university overall curriculum are updated and based on recent year schemes. to be honest, curriculum just helps us to learn basic fundamentals that will help us in the real world but is not that much oriented towards recent time techs like chatgpt they need to add new credit courses for new tech fields 3 internals every months and 1 lab internals average level difficulty

Internships Opportunities

2

to be Honest I do't have that much idea about internship but few students get internship every year . It is simple if you work hard you can get internship easily and college is not going to help that much in last you are only who need to fight for placements and internship.

Placement Experience

0.5

4th year students are eligible for placements their is no such ides of no of offers or companies visited but it i a private college hence they never disclose accurate stats of placements . highest pacakage is 52 lpa in cred of Himanshu ranjan average -4-5 lpa i am planning to write GATE exam after this compliting degree

Fees and Financial Aid

264000 lakh is tution fees for comedk student every year and 30k vtu fees charged by university . so total 3 lakh per year you need to invest excluding hostel charges. the complete cost of my education is on an average 16 lakh for 4 years . for other state students there is no any kind of scholarship applied. but if you come under kcet you can get scholarship easily.

Campus Life

1

IN my college overall experience is not up to the mark we are investing more money and ROI is also less. Campus life is average no Senior Junior interaction everyone is busy in their own life . Accessibility of books is wuite good their is a huge Library inside the campus that remain open till 11 Pm in night inside the classroom facilities are simple one projector and a board in sports their is a wide range and diffrent grounds are their . clubs are also thier in college but not that much efficient and good.

Hostel Facilities

2

A huge room having 4 sharing and we are paying 1.15 lakh every year A chair and tabel provided along with a bed and a common washroom for 4 students hostel food is average not bad u can say hostel fees is quite high you can say Their are multiple pg and flats nearby the college I will personally suggest u to take PG not hostel

Admission

The admission process is quite normal not more complicated. To Take Admission to RNSIT there are several quotas- COMEDK after clearing all india level exams you get admission, and KCET is only for Karnatka students 3- Management quota is also there. In the admission process they charge more fees from other state students like we need to pay to college every year around 3lakh and for the same course kcet students pay only 1lakh. Application forms - through comedk, kcet, or direct from college through MQ. The frequency and timing of exams are like 3 internals in each sem and lab internals also and 1 end sem on around 4-5 months of time period difficulty is average

Interview Experience

4

no not at all direct admission no gd only written test of comedk exam you need to clear that is based on 11-12 syllabus having no negative marking. after getting desire rank in comedk you need to go through councelling process in which you fill all the college that comes under comedk . i prepared by my self only.

The courses are very nice since it is an autonomous college the courses have been designed to provide the students with knowledge of the latest technology and the need of the hour. Although the new subjects becomes a little difficult to understand sometimes at the end it's going to benefit us itself .

Placement Experience:

The institute records an impressive average package of ~INR 7.20 LPA and the highest packages reaching up to INR 53.50 LPA. The college actively drives employability through a dedicated 'Talent Transformation Hub'. Campus Placements Overview CIT is known for its solid industry connections, resulting in 80–90% placement rates annually. Top Recruiters: Companies like Accenture, Infosys, HP, Amazon, and Samsung. The Process: The placement cell conducts specialized skill-building boot camps and provides structured mentorship to ensure students are corporate-ready by graduation. If Placements Fall Short: Employability & Alternative Plans Even though CIT consistently places the vast majority of its batch, students who do not secure on-campus job offers (or wish to pursue other paths) have robust support through: Startup & Entrepreneurial Initiatives: CIT has an active E-Cell and a business connection to help budding founders. The Talent Transformation Hub focuses on practical knowledge needed to start a business. Higher Education: Students frequently leverage the college's alumni network and faculty mentorship to prepare for competitive exams like GATE, or to apply for Master's programs (MS, M.Tech) in India or abroad. Off-Campus Drives & Internships: Students are encouraged to undertake industry internships and live projects to build their portfolios, making it easier to land off-campus roles at top tech companies.

This is the best part. The whole point of niat program is to get a study for the job. It's not like the old system where you chill for 3 years and panic in the 4th year. All the learning here are very different. From the first day itself we will be doing coding.
