Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is nationalized, hence same curriculum is followed in every college. About exams, three internal exams and one university exam. Internal exams are slightly difficult as compared to university exams. However, we get sufficient time for preparation.
Internships Opportunities
Internship has to be done in the associated hospital. Stipend is decided by the state government and is currently 18k per month. Students are exposed to wide variety of patients as this is a rural place and hence, it would be a great experience.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees is maintained through the government and hence is constant in every government medical college. However, the development fees is slighltly lower as compared to other government colleges as it is situated in remote location. Also, all the types of scholerships which are provided by the Maharashtra government are available to avail. Its affordable cause it's a government college.
Campus Life
We have all types of festivals celebrated. In addition, we have fests too, yearly. Talking about library, it's well equipped with all the latest edition books. Also, e library is available. Every class is equiped with digital board, hence no issue of visibility is faced in lecture halls. Extracurricular activities are sports events which are well looked upon by the sports community. Regular matches and events are held in the college and also, at the intercollege level. Student council is handling all these functions and events
Admission
Admission process is centralized. It's through NEET exam. Selection is through CAP rounds and list is according to the merit list published by the cet cell in Maharashtra. 85% admission is through state quota and 15 % through all india quota
