I wanted to pursue an MBBS since the beginning when I was mature enough to think about my career options. MBBS prepares you for a lot of real-life experiences, and teaches a lot about life and death as well and how precious life is. In MBBS exams are frequent with the frequency of exams per 2 months

Internships Opportunities

After the four-year course students can apply as interns in the civil hospital itself where there is excellent patient flow because of the tribal population. Also, the patients are cooperative even after being not much educated, also the internship stipend is decent.

Fees and Financial Aid

No hike was seen by me for the last 2 years. For me, as I avail of category benefits I have to pay around 12000 rs each year excluding hostel fees. Various scholarships are available on the mahaDBT portal like the Rajashri Shahu Maharaj scholarship,panjabrao Deshmukh scholarship, etc.

Various fests are arranged by the students in our college like Shivjanmotsav, Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti, GFC (Ganesh festival), Rubaru (freshers), etc. E-library and also the physical library is present a lot of books for each subject which are also well organized and easy to access

Admission

You will have to pass in neet and after getting a score above the cutoff of your category you can get addmission for MBBS in this college I got a score of 560 marks in my NEET exam. I got the admission from state quota, the forms for which are available after the result declaration on the maha cet cell

Remarks:

Positive: The college's infrastructure is really good. Negative: Being a private medical college, a lot of money is charged and they even earn extra money by charging unnecessary numerous times, very expensive admission forms and other expenses. Faculty is okay, selected few are only good. It is placed in a town which isn't well developed (Ahmednagar) There could be more extra curricular events and less restrictions for students living in the hostel, but there aren't.

Admission process is smooth but it's lengthy process. Cutoff of our college was 560 for OBC students and that is also eligibility. Why to choose Gmc nandurbar

Eligibility criteria:selected through NEET examination.students must have physics, chemistry and biology as subjects in HSC examination. Admission: admission is through councelling process. Reservation is available as per normal reservation policy. College comes under MUHS(MAHARASHTRA UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES). University exam happens at the end of each year,in between two semester and one preliminary exam occurs. Campus:Campus of college and hostel is under development , recently foundation stone ceremony of 41 acre campus was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi by online mode.At present lectures and practicals are conducted in government ayush hospital building and nursing college.
