The MBBS course lasts for five and a half years followed by internship of one year. Subjects: First Professional MBBS (1) Foundation course-1 week, remaining spread over 6 months at the discretion of college. (ii) Anatomy, Physiology & Biochemistry. Introduction to Community Medicine, (iv) Early Clinical Exposure. (v) Attitude, Ethics, and communication(AETCOM) Second Professional MBBS: (1) Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology (ii) Introduction to clinical subjects (iii) Clinical postings, (i) Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Medicine & allied, Surgery & allied, Pediatrics and Obstetrics & Third Professional part 1. MBBS, including Electives 1 month Gynecology (ii) Family visits for FAP (iii) Clinical postings Third Professional part 2, MBBS (i) General Medicine, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Respiratory medicine, Pediatrics, General Surgery, rhinolaryngology. Orthopedics, Oto Ophthalmology,Radiodiagnosis, Anesthesiology, Obstetrics & Gynecology

Fees and Financial Aid

OPEN:126000 EWS:70000 OBC:12600 VJNT :12600 SC:12600 ST:12600. Student can take various scholarships like rajarshi shahu Maharaj scholarship, panjab Rao Deshmukh Scholarship,swadhar,etc. Students can also participate in earn and learn scheme(16000 per year ,2000 per month)

Campus Life

College has library for books from where students can take any academic books.college also have elibrary where students can use laptop with free wifi for online video lectures. Festivals: various festivals are celebrated in gmc nandurbar which includes Shivjayanti,Ganesh chaturthi,etc.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility has been given to 2020, 2021,2022 batch girls but not for 2023 batch .2022 batch boys have hostel .there is no guarantee that all students will get hostel.many students live in rental rooms.

Admission

Eligibility criteria:selected through NEET examination.students must have physics, chemistry and biology as subjects in HSC examination. Admission: admission is through councelling process. Reservation is available as per normal reservation policy. College comes under MUHS(MAHARASHTRA UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES). University exam happens at the end of each year,in between two semester and one preliminary exam occurs. Campus:Campus of college and hostel is under development , recently foundation stone ceremony of 41 acre campus was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi by online mode.At present lectures and practicals are conducted in government ayush hospital building and nursing college. Cutoff marks: admission is through NEET exam marks,2023-24 cutoff was around 582 for general category ,580 for OBC and EWS. Fees:126000 for general . 70000 for EWS 12600 for OBC,SC,ST,etc.

College don't offer any placement. 5.5 yrs mbbs includes 1 yr internship in which interns are paid 18k for month. While after mbbs you have to do service bond in rural areas in which dr.are paid 80k month.
