Likes

I like meeting my friends. I like roaming around the college.
I like the labs. I actually enjoy taking practical knowledge from the college.
The college is near a good environment. The teaching staff is average.

Dislikes

The college staff is very bad. They have some kind of ego problem i guess.
The transportation facility of college is aslo very bad.
The infrastructure of college is worst. There are buildings which are left unbuilt for years.

Course Curriculum Overview

Actually the college campus is environment friendly. There are alot of trees in the college and a lot of empty space. The curriculum of college is good but it can be improved. The staff is i dont think is friendly. They have a lit bit of ego problem

Internships Opportunities

There is no such thing such as internship opportunity in my college. If u want to do internship in any field u can do it off campus. It is very poor. This field requires improvement. But there are some companies like Wipro IBM which provide internship opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is good. In the 1st sem its about 24000 rs and after that the fees of other 7 sem is around 17000 rs. Being a govt college fees is good. It has a good amount of scholarship opportunities. The employment opportunities are also average.

Campus Life

The overall campus experience is good. It feels so overwhelming to move around in the college campus. The infrastructure provided by the college is not good. There is no proper canteen. The classes are average. There are various clubs which is a good thing.

Admission

Actually the admission process was very simple but the administrative staff was kind of rude. The college is far from my home so going there on the first day for admission was a little bit difficult. But i managed somehow and there was no cutoff as the exam was not held last year due to covid.

NIT Sringar is beautiful!!

Placement Experience:

Marshal the placement resources so well that our college has close to 90% placement records. Siemens, ABB and such companies where ECE engineers can contribute are the companies that hires us and the average for our ECE branch is 6 lakhs or so.

Is Nit Srinagar worth it?

Placement Experience:

Yes my college offers placements for each branch students becomes eligible after sixth semester if they doent have any active supply in there course and very company have their own criteria to make eligble to the student for placements like cgpa etc. companies visited in civil was L&T, Tata steel, Jsw, Afcon etc and the average package was 6 lakh every company brought diffrent no. of offers average was 5 in civil highest package got to mine class crc of 1300000 that was a psu and the percentage of students got placed was 10% only. mine plans after was to prepare for goverments exams.

Nice college

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent in our college. Almost 80% of students from cse it ever gets placed and is also good in core branches. The highest package of Cse I think is 50 lakh and the average is around 8-9.
