Course Curriculum Overview

In terms of academic it is slightly strict but not that much.The faculty and staff are very helpful.The greatest advantage is good and polite as well as cooperative behaviour of seniors. Hence,overall a decent college.

Yes,the college provide internship opportunity but only after 6th sem noc is provided. Some times students are not allowed to do it even they get a mind boggling internship salary. So,not much opportunity for interns

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is -141720rs For all the branches of first year. For other years it is-120000rs. The scholarship are not available for general category students of first year.But SC and ST can avail it. Rest all other years can avail at any time.

Campus Life

There is no cultural events in college except freshers and farewell. But certain societies such as renaissance, taal, darpan etc are made. Sports are held on a medium level scale. Mostly hostel boys and girls can avail it.

Admission

For being eligible for admission in this esteemed college you have to give jee mains and apply for uptac counselling. For CSE cutoff is 700000-100000,DS is100000-150000 and accordingly varies. The average placement is 5.6 lpa and highest is 1.13 cr(off campus)

The Placement In all the Branch is really impressive except civil branch , CSE & IT has offer per student placement of 2 to 3 Companies and average package of 5 to 6 lakh, while in ther branches 90% of student get placed with average package og 3.6 lakh , oly civil suffer in placement with only sucess rate og nearly 30%.

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

Real Story of SCRIET

Placement Experience:

From the 8th semester onwards students became eligible for campus placements.They are only few companies come on our college and very few offers.The highesr paid package by an company to our college student is 40 lac per annum but the average package is 4.5 lac per annum.Only 10 percent of students get on campus placements.I will pursue M.Tech from any other university.

curriculum is so outdated.. so it will not prepare us for the real world challenges that we are going to face in future.. course need to update according to now.. semester exams are happen here after four month only they do not even provide proper time for preparation..and sometimes exams are easy but sometimes exams are tricky

By the way ,the placement rate in this college of 95% for CSE .Almost all students in the college get placed in reputed companies and a minimum of 75% is required in the semesters for placement.The highest placement package in this college has reached 19 lakhs per years and the average package is around 3-4 lakh per year.Additionally students in this college also have the opportunity to interns as part of their academics experience.

Other colleges I've applied to are JSS noida, Galgotias etc are these colleges got a better placement ratio that my college. But campus of other campus are smaller compared to AKGEC. so bascially i didn't choose this college . i did mistake in my uptac counselling and get this college but when i studied here and seen all the aktu colleges i prefer this is good because it ranked 3 in up colleges .the college is ranked 3 in whole up and its naac A++ so yes its a great college so to get admission in akgec there are two ways by 10+2 percentage marks or by uptac counselling you have to fill your choices in uptac counselling so fill it very carefully without any mistake so the overall to get any cs/it branch your jee percentile should be above 88 and below that you can get any other core branches....Read More

Earlier, the admission process was based on the AKTU exam and its counseling. From 2021, they started taking admission on JEE mains score.
