Likes

Placements are incredibly good. Professors are good too. Curriculum is good too.
The crowd is good they are hard working and well aware about Ai and put efforts in coding to get good placements.
Seniors are really helpful. They really guide you .

Dislikes

The campus is not too good. The college is not too much fun and there are no hostels.
We are currently using NIT Bhopal campus and so we are not not allowed to explore too much .
Attendance is an issue. You must need an 75 percent compulsory attendance else you will be failed

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is definitely good compared to NITs as they are very few unimportant subjects in Our college and it focuses on Cs and IT fields and there are very less opportunities for core foelds.The curriculum prepares you for your future tech related jobs.

Class Size: 44Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship are good. Companies like Flipkart and amazon offer Internship for app developer and web developer upto 80000 per month. Most of the companies ask DSA for internship and even Microsoft came for internship.

Placement Experience

From 7 semester you are eligible for placements . There are excellent Internship opportunities in IIIT Bhopal. There was an avgerage of 18 lakhs average package and The highest package was of 60 lakhs.even companies like amazon, twitter and Flipkart come in the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees will be approx 9 lakhs for four years of BTECh. There is regular hike though not very high but around 10-12 percent. THE Complete cost of education will be around 13-14 lakhs for four years. There are many government and private scholarship available for students and 100 percent scholarship for Madhya Pradesh students

Campus Life

The college life is not very good. To be honest its bad . We are currently using MANIT infrastructure. We are not allowed to explore too much in campus. Though and extra curricular activities are available but not too much. Clubs and societies are ok. Seniors are helpful

Admission

The eligibility if the course is that you must have passes class 12th with minimum of 75 percentage in physics, chemistry and maths. The Entrance exam is jee mains and cutoff are 50000 in JEE mains for ECE branch. NO Reservations for women but for sc/st and obc and others are available. 100 percent scholarship for Madhya Pradesh students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Core Subject Coverage Subjects like Data Structures, Operating Systems, DBMS, Mathematics, etc., provide a strong base. Structured Semester System The curriculum is well-organized across 8 semesters with gradual difficulties. Ensures standardized syllabus according to industry relevant. They take exam frequently.

Placement Experience:

Sunstone is planning placement for us as they promised a lest placement of 4lpa or more from the extra courses they are running and training is and also provides chances to sit in multiple interviews of companies. Companies like appzeto , even digit, Lancesoft many students git placement of 7lpa. After degree if I can get placement from sunstone sage I will get it or try to crack off campus placement.

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

Good but not Bad

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester student can apply for internships and for placement student should be in 5th semester of his or her college life. There's very difficulties in getting placed by the company because few of the company comes to college and very fewer gets placed. So student must develop the skills on their own and apply for off campus selection. More than 8.5 cgpa for average package and more than 9 cgpa is required for a good company... I'm planning to give upsc exams after graduation

Placement Experience:

Not much helpful in terms of placements.not very big MNC companies visit there and average packages are not much high the faculty will not guide you about placements you have to prepare on your own and apply for offline placements.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th or 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. there are too many it companies visited here like TCS Infosys etc. The highest package in this college is 8lpa. From my point of view, this college is not suitable for good campus placement.

Nice college

Remarks:

College have about 8500 student in the campus in different section of UG/PG COURSES no. Of boys bs girls are approximate equal. College start from 8 am and ends up at 2 pm with two breaks between them. Different sports are also carried out like swimming,horse riding, cricket,volleyball,football etc.

REVIEW OF IIIT BHOPAL

I got CSE here and college is near my hometown thats why i choose this college . i could not make to other college because of not having enough rank to get my desired branch . admission process is normal it will take one or two days depending on which day you came here . admission process is like everything is step by step . i have applied to iiit alllahbad gwalior lucknow and jawalpur but i did not get there because my rank is not enough to get that colleges . my admission is done based on jee mains examination and the cutoff for gen category for cse core is something about 9 7.5percentile or under 35000 rank in jee mains . admission process include submission of documents then verification of documents then fees submission then getting admission slip then hostel and mess fees submission . overall admission process is decent , at my time it had take one full day to get admission slip....Read More
