- Placements are quite good...lot of companies are visiting our college also seniors are very helpful. Faculties are well trained and they are very serious about studies and classes and assignments.
Dislikes
- Lack of own campus... resulting in lack of basic accessibility like sports facilities.. Students activity centre...we have to share these things with nit bhopal ...so we don't get proper access... strict timings are followed
- Girls ratio is very bad ...in batch size of 500 students there are hardly 18 girls .
- College professors are so strict about your attendance and all that ...
Course Curriculum Overview
As I have. Choosen cyber physical systems as my specialisation in CSE ..but as I am in 3rd sem I am studying core subjects Such as COA (computer organisation and architecture),FLAT (formal language and automata theory) ,DAA (data analysis and algorithm), SCS (signal communication and systems), DBMS (data base management system) .
Internships Opportunities
Lot of companies starts visiting during 3rd year offering lot of internship opportunities..also offering ppo later on..as one of my senior in 3rd year is doing internship in google . Two of our senior got intership in meesho as they cleared their hackathon. So lot of opportunities are present if you work hard .
Placement Experience
In our college companies starts visiting our college from 3rd year onwards... offering various internships offer. Companies like PayPal, buyHatke, google, Amazon and Flipkart. In year 2025 placement percentage is 85.71 and average package is 16.77 and highest package is 85lpa. 147 appeared for placement and out of which 126 got placed till data .(Official data from college website)
Fees and Financial Aid
I am in second year of my college.during my first year i paid total fees of 269000 as college fees and 118000 as my hostel and transport fees. In my second year i left the hostel so now I am paying college fees of 251000 ...same for the remaining 3 years
Campus Life
You will miss your campus life if you plan to join this college. No own campus.. temporary campus is nit bhopal... hostels for first years are also outside the campus nearly 9km away from college.but yeah you will get to enjoy the fests and cultural events of nit bhopal .. together with your own events. There are lot of clubs and cell in college... Alumni reconnect cell... arunodaya club , arzoo club, spark club, codame club, axios . In month of November usually every year inter branch sports competition takes place in college which is know as sporlumina.
Admission
I basically chose this is college because I want to get computer science in any college..as my jee rank was 32099 i was getting nit patna (ece with mtech vlsi ) but i regret choosing this college as it has no campus of its own and campus life is very important
Faculty
Facilities are enough in number...they are always available to help you out anytime you need . My favourite faculty is deep sir who used to teach me physics in my first sem and he is very helpful,kind and generous. In one semester we usually have 3 exams ... first at the start of semester that is mini test exam which is of 10 marks ... secondly there is mid-sem exams which is of 20 marks and finally there is end sem which is of 60 marks .. before our endsem practical exams are also held .. having same weightage as written exams.
Interview Experience
No there were no such discussion or test ..I gave jee mains exam and got all india rank of 32099 and got this college. Preparing for jee mains exam was quite challenging but yeah I made it .. hardwork proved to be rewarding
Night Life
Nearby college i suggest you can't imagine night life as all shops and cafes in bhopal get closed by 10pm ... hardly you can see any cafe open till 11 pm . By the way nearby college you will have access to so many good cafes and food court. Also within 2km there's huge market known as new Market which is very popular.
