What Students Say

Likes

Paradox fest conducted here makes me more exciting about this course.
The clubs like corbett house here is very exciting and the students are very cooperative.
The faculty here are well trained. They have high experience.

Dislikes

The major con is this is online completely which makes me to miss offline culture.
The loction given for quizzes and semester are bit far in metro cities.
The lectures given are too boring some of them last for an hour too.

The best thing about this course is its completely online and it becomes the worst thing on the other hand faculty will be very co operative and they are well trained with high experience .Cirriculum is awesome here.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are provided by big companies like google, Microsoft, and TCS and many more companies hire students and even offer stipends around 30000 and at maximum, it can go to 1 lakh if you are very consistent.

Placement Experience

Since this course is launched recelty like around 5 years the placements are mild. But as this course is guven by iit one can expect a good placement areound 7 lakhs right now and it may increase in future. Internships are also provided.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you are willing to pursue this degree there will be financial aid for reservation candidates if you are a non-reservation candidate then the fee becomes 3.5lac approximately for 4 years. For the first year it is 32000 inr.

Campus Life

Since the course is completely online we cannot have a lot enjoyment as our friends do but there are many clubs for this course through which interaction is done and around 2 offline fests are conducted which are completely offline in IIT Madras campus which is very exciting. They call the fest a paradox.

Admission

The admission process contains of two types jee based entry and regular entry. I went through jee based entry the qualification is to get qualify to jee advanced to get into iit madras bsc data science.

IIT Madras is magnificent!!

Placement Experience:

Apollo Hospital to Greens and many medical and hospital which are engaged in hospitals or building technology that supports it. Our course is still not that old and in the batches that have passed out so far, I think the average stands at some 10 lakhs or so.

IITM BS DEGREE - a game changer in distant education

Placement Experience:

After the sixth test students become eligible for the campus placements, there are many companies. Many high-level companies who visit the campus like the Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and TCS Infosys and many more the number of marriage, I can tell you the ratio, one students get approximately 8-9 offers. The highest package was approximately 1.0 2CR.

Placement Experience:

BS in data science students have completed their 1st batch and got highest placement of 23 lacs and average of 8 lacs . So placement of electronic system will also revolve around this figure. After 3rd year students are eligible for placements. Most of the Bengaluru based tech company visited for this degree holders. I have a plan to go for higher studies abroad after completing this degree.

Everyone got placement somewhere or in campus in different paths . For a good placement like 70 la.khs to 1 crore you need to study from 1st year . Study means do your homework time to time and follow the faculty. Highest package 7 crore Average package 25 lakhs Minimum package 10 lakhs Companies like - meta, Amazon , Google ,tata all big , medium , and small companies arrived because it's iit madras ( nirf -1 ) Students become eligible for placement in 4th year. My plan is for startup.

Placements in IITs are commmendable. Our average package is 22 lacs overall. Coming to my branch. Highest package offered was 55 lacs and lowest was 6 lacs . Average package offered was around 15 lacs per annum. Many companies including Google, Microsoft, Goldman sachs etc. visit here for campus placements.

It's online yes, it's called the first copy IITians

Placement Experience:

Placement statistics are low for now as the course is new but the highest package as far as I know was 25 lpa and avg package is around 8-9 lpa. It's not really about the package but the opportunities IIT Madras opens for you. My plan is to get a master's degree in the same field and continue from there.

I choose this college over the another colleges because it is the best degree degree over the BTech from low level or tier three tier four colleges, I was having many options for T3 colleges BTech CSE, but I chose this because I think it's the best I apply to SRMS Bareilly University all the colleges I was confirmed, but I chose this college because it was providing me latest curriculum and data science is very new in this. The admission process for this degree is like if you will register in a term, you have to pay. Thousand rupee registration fee. After that you will get a syllabus of one month or we can say four weeks you have to do that, and after that, you will be having exam, you have to pass the exam with more than 50%....Read More
