Likes

the overall course curriculum semester wise is good.
hostel and college campus are clean and well maintained
many workshops and seminars are organized for the students

Dislikes

In my opinion the quality of faculty should be improved
even though we have timetable still many times they are not followed strictly
delay in exams and exam results is annoying.

The course curriculum is good. It helps students learn the topics that are required and enhance their skills for the real world opportunities. They also have some extra curriculum course to support the overall development. However some subjects are their that is not needed.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For BCA DEGREE the course fee per semester is 60000 and examination fee is 2300 . The hostel fee per year is 60000 excluding electric fee , hostel fee may increase but the course fee for now it's 60000 only. They have mess subscription that is 4000 per month, it may vary according to veg and nonveg subscription

Campus Life

The campus is very well maintained. The infrastructure of the college is good. They keep the surrounding clean and green. Football , cricket, basketball, tennis along with some other games are also available. Food court is also very well maintained with a variety of options available for everyone.

Hostel Facilities

In hostel you get option of single sharing that is 80000 per year and for double sharing it is 60000 per year excluding electric bill and food facility. In hostel you get option of common washroom or separate washroom. Both have hot water facility and elevator is also available. Near our college there are many pgs which any one can opt for

Admission

I took admission through applying on their website. I applied for BCA degree for that a student should score atleast 75% on their 12 th examination. This is the minimum requirements for the admission process. You can apply for the admission through their website directly

Placement Experience:

ABBS is a marvel!!

Placement Experience:

Accenture, Oracle, Genpact and many other big names which offers salary of around 4-5 lakhs. Highest though for BCA currently stands at 14 lakhs and this record or landmark will soon be breached top as many MNCs have started coming to our campus for placements.

ABBS is Amazing!!

Placement Experience:

Ab ABBS we get eligible for placements like after we finish the second year. Till then training and all keeps on going. From cracking the mandatory tests which many corporates have made it mandatory and also things like communication skills and all are taught. Finally then we are placed with packages worth 50-75k a month. Out of the total batch of 120 nearly 70 students are placed from campus.

The learning and peaceful phase of life

From 5 sem we were eligible for the campus placement but most of the companies are specially for sales for BBA and bcom with less package and small companies very rare if some good company visit and I got selected through campus placement in flipkart but now I haven't got due negligence of the placement department but now I am finding an opportunity off campus to get a job as early as possible

Perfect college for the students who wants to enjoy as well as study

Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA- It had a wide range of subjects compared to Bangalore university colleges which were helpful to the students. Teachers were too friendly, the wide range of information about the course they taught. Student ratio- 60:40. Well trained professors with a lot of experience. Term exams were conducted on time and exams were easy to clear the semester most of them can clear in one attempt.

I love coding that's why I choose bca.and there is very good placement in gardencity University. On the basis of interview i got the admission. I have the interview on 22 March and I got admission on 1 July. Admission process is so easy. Anyone can pass the admission procedure if you have passion.

Remarks:

Infrastructure is really awesome Teachers are well qualified Canteen have got variety of food Air conditioned classrooms Extra curricular activities are available. Teachers parents interaction through calls, SMS are available. Attendance percentage and marks are sent to parents mobile. The only negative which I felt is Colour dress is allowed only once per week. (Which is not a negative but I feel it needs to be changed)

Life at Garden City University as an Engineering

I had actually initially planned my education in Canada and went through Collegedunia to get through with it and had applied for Advanced diploma in mechatronics in humber college . University of Manitoba and conestoga college and i got offer letters from all three but due to loan issues i couldnt make it and then had to select where to study in India and selected Garden City University at the University fair in Palace Grounds after havi a talk with all major universities professors there. I chose A levels in 12th and opted for two subjects maths and physica which does not make me eligible to apply to VTU or BU affiliated universities in Bangalore and i had to go to autonomous university only but the other top universities like Jain chirst dayananda sagar and PES had very high donation fees for engineering courses from 1,00,000 per semester upto 20,00,000 in total which i couldnt really afford. GCU college short review

I applied in christ university and jain university in bangalore but the fee structure is quite out of my budget and as boy from small town i got afriad from the fast culture in those universities. I didn't get a rejection from collages i applied but i stepped back after visiting management and looking at fee structure. Firstly you should register with your details, you can do that online or you can walk in to campus. Management will be clearly explaining every aspect of admission.
