Campus Life

The course which I have choose is Bachelor of Business Management which is a very relevant course but I feel that improvements are needed to be made because this course does not give you much skills which it should give and practical life as student after passing undergraduate degree they go to internship the job but they don't get the satisfied or needed job because of lack of skills that is I believe it is due to the less improvise or less examined course

It was little poor internship opportunities word given but this type and was very layers of the company was less known the jobs were given for the placements for the internship the Summer Internship very few of the summer internships over there that too very less type and for very low profile company

The campus placements do come to for Somaiya colleges but they are not so good as the amount we are paying for the fees and the category that this college comes under they should provide at least average placements of 6 to 7 lakhs bare minimum but they do not provide that much higher placements even after paying so much fees and even after considering themselves that a very high level high profile college and university that is your relax today I appeared for an placement interview which was very unprofessional it was a campus placement it was very and professional and that will not even speaking in English it was for a cell strainy but it was not expected from the college side that they are conducting this kinds of placements

I am from SK so my college the fee structure is really really very high for an average middle class student they do give the scholarships but that is only for the very financially poor student and the fees for the first year was 120000 the next year it was 130000 the next year it was 140000 so it keeps on increase in which is really tough for students to pay and for the given fees the campus is good but the facilities are not detroyed because we got AC in the third year the last year and the faculties are not that well polished it does not surprise the amount which we are paying in short

Overall if we talk about the campus campus life it's very beautiful campus so my campus in whole Mumbai it's a very good there are different festivals that happens there are different clubs that are there they give you a good platform to showcase your talent there very good for the students to showcase that talent and find out the new talents of course there are extra curricular activities in the colleges which do give impact on students life INF infrastructure is very good at Somaiya

The eligibility for my admission process for the 12th grade percentage to forms were out on Mumbai University also for few colleges I had to go on their private University portal it was a Little mess. Unfortunately I passed my 12th grade in the year 2021 when there was a covid-19 due due to that there were no boards taken and due to that everyone got very high score I am from ICSE board and our school had conducted pre boards and every examination was taken in physical classrooms. as we know that in pre boards student generally score less marks but aim higher in the boards similarly I was aiming for highest score but I got less percentage due to to the different evaluation of procedure or method. I believe admissions should be given on the basis of certain entrance test or at least they should keep in mind the board from which the student is coming from it will be more justible justible for the student and for the education system
