NIT Warangal ollam andi ..

Honestly I have choosen this course due to the tag of NIT Warangal student. I never had a particular intrest in the electrical engineering field, may be I was made to choose this due to my rank in the jee mains.The faculty of nit Warangal are mostly well experienced teachers from all over India,but the teaching methods were mostly restricted due to the syllabus and time for covering the respective syllabus.The faculty ratio is decreasing day by day and the highly experienced teachers ratio is decreasing greatly these days.When it comes to term exams they are organised mostly and some are unorganised.It is not difficult to pass any subject and there will be re-evaluation even for minor exams.

From the 5th semister the students are eligible for the campus placements.The placements rate has quite decreased when compared to last year,but there will be rise in the placements in the upcoming years.almost up to 60 to 75 percent of people will get placed . personally,my plans after getting the degree is not yet decided but I think to have a stress free environment and expects irregularities in the life .

Fee structure isn't that bad and most of common people can afford the seat. There are a lot of scholarship opportunities for the students and even the institute itself provides scholarship for merit students,there will be many placements too.

The social life in campus is full of freedom and minimal restrictions for hostel timings (ladies).The infrastructure is a bit old but the vibe of nature can be experienced clearly.Once there used to be 3 fests per year and due to the change in administrative head there were lot of changes made .The main three fests are TECHNOZION -DEC YOUTH FEST - JAN, SPRINGSPREE-MARCH .These fests were one of the biggest in the south India but there has been many changes due to change in the head of administration.New administration of this institution mostly focussing on the research field and extra curricular activities were becoming very low.Club activities were also reduced when compared to previous year.But some activities still goes on and the joy that the college life gives never decreases.

Hostel facilities differ for the respective year of study But overall facility is good and there will be regular maintenance.The mess was provided by the private organisation and the quality of food is above average.Room will have internet connection and hostel will have electric water heaters and almost continuous supply of water and electricity.

Admission was quite time taking but organised very well.I am eligible for this course as I have qualified in jee mains and had a cutoff rank for the eligibility for this course.Application forms and fee structure were updated through mail.When coming to our college administrative site -SMILE ERP.There has to be done many improvements in the website and it's not a perfect website, there are many bugs.
