So I was getting IIT Mandi Mechanical , VIT-CSE ,IIIT-Allahabad- ECE(CSAB) but i chose this college because of the quality of education and the course curriculum along with the good placement every year and when i consulted and talked with many people who are working in industry they told that CSE is the future branch so yeah and also the city is banglore itself which impacts very much and also i thought that when i am getting CSE in a tier -1 institute it is best to take it over other options. IIIT-B provides UG admission on the basis of only JEE Mains CRL, there is no reservation policy here , the cutoff for BT-CSE was about CRL-8700 (99.4 percentile approx) the overall admission process is very smooth it mostly online and we also have one offline campus round in which we can sure shot confirm our seat ....Read More

1) I applied to NIT Rourkela via jossa cousneling and got addmisson there. i chose this college because of its placement data and review about fauclty that i got. 2) No i did not apply to many colleges as there was no need to because of my jee percentile. 3) Admision process is very simple. College prepares their internal rank list woth respect to students who have applied and their JEE crl rank. after that every student in line is given chance to choose their brach(respect to availabiltiy of branch). The application process was quite long as we had to fill up an application form then wait for the acceptance then we had to give an entrance test and qualify it with atleast 80 percent and then pay fee structure to joinm the college....Read More
