Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this cource because I wanted to learn coding so I choose Computer science and engineering. The faculties are very good in teaching and they used to solve all our doubts in my 4 year period. All the faculties are well qualified and most of them are PhD holders. The exams used to be easy as we were able to understand the subjects and topics.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 78000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fess structure is divided into clg fees and government fees. Cost of study for this year may be it will be approx 4 to 5 lakhs. There are scholarship which will be provided for the category students and it will be also guided by the accounts team.

Campus Life

In presidency they conduct every year a feast with dj night. There will be tech feast also. Presidency has a nice big library where you will get all kind of book which related to academics as well as general knowledge books and novels of all languages. Classrooms are big with seating capacity of 60 students and has a board and projector There is sports club and every year there will be sports day.

Admission

I went through KCET. In 2017 my ranking was 50k and in the third round I got the seat in Computer science and engineering. The eligibility criteria for this year you should be having KCET rank below 25k to get in Computer science and engineering cource. The admission process will be very easy as the admission people will guide you correctly in a very patience. Over all Presidency University is good.

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. However the training and pre placement started for student from the first year itself like aptitude training coding resume workshops. The top companies like TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Capgemini IBM tech Mahindra mind tree. The average is 8lpa. The highest 54 LPA. Overall 80% of students get placed in the final year. My plan after degree is to get a good job.

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided
