Likes

The Cultural Fest and the Technical Fest.
The people around here are very nice and supportive as in friends.
The environment is very funny and energetic.

Dislikes

The faculty and management is not up to the mark.
There are groups of people who always creates chaos amidst the fest and class.
The placement cell here is very poor and not very responsive.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course as I wanted to pursue software development section in IT industry. The faculties are average. Well student to faculty is ratio cannot be told but it is also average. The faculties are mainly graduates from well-knowned universities or corporate employees.

Class Size: 270Course Fees: INR 162000 per year

Placement Experience

3rd year onwards that is 5th semester on students can go ahead to apply for internships, though the college sometimes fail to provide with NOC and thus leading the class attendance go low. Mostly service based companies visit the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 79,000/- each semester as the tuition fee and 2000/- each semester for the exam fee. Government scholarships are available based on the merit that we had till 12 or and entrance exam we took to get admission in tiu.

Campus Life

The annual tech fest is organized by the club Takshila, that is Vivarta where as the annual cultural fest Sahotsava is organized by Sanskaran. All necessary books are readily available in the library. Classrooms got projectors, ac and all other facilities.

Admission

The admission is based on the percentage of your 12th boards exams mainly. You also get additional benefits of lowering your donation money if you have a good ranking in wbjee or jee mains. Sometimes they take a simple entrance exam based on your communication, general knowledge and normal aptitude of mathematics.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

obviously other governments colleges ike JU , JGEC and CU are better than it but our college placement is better than otehr privet colleges and the environment of our college is best for study.
