In this college the addmission stuff telling us to give free laptop but they did not provide any laptop.

I choose this course because I love this engineering,and there are many chances to getting job.i saw faculty: students=1:10. The faculty member are very qualified and,they are very good at their own subject.in this college process is so tough and exam questions pepar is vary good.

In this college the students can eligible for college placement when they are studying 7 semester. There are many companies coming in this college like Wipro,TCS, Airtel,PwC etc.in this college the highest package is 500000 and the average package of this college is 200000. Approximately 40% students gatting job in every year. I am trying to get a job in a good company.

Fees and Financial Aid

In my college there are 6 department. computer science, electronics communication Engineering, computer science and business science, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering .the fees structure in my course in this college is 29300.in this college students can try SVMCM scholarship, their are no financial assistance, there are some good company coming in this college.

Campus Life

There is a huge green campus. Here students play sports. Various games like cricket football and badminton are played here. They have been a lot of improvements in this college as compared to earlier. Festivals and other competitions are organised here in which college students come from far and wide to participate.in every year our college organised a cultural fest.there are a huge library.there are some smart class room in this college.

For admission in this college every student can pass HS examination.i found the application from, application fees and application dates in the website of this college.if any students have SC or ST ,those students can entry easily.

Story of hit

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

Placement Experience:

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.

Our college campus is fully green campus. All teachers and faculty members are highly qualified and very helpful. All the classrooms are well groomed. Library is very good. All types of books are available in our library. Semester fees is comfortable for all types of students. Admission process is very easy. All types of scholarship are available for all students. Laboratories are decorated by updated instruments. Gym is available in our college. Playground is very clean. Many outdoor games (like: Football, Cricket, badminton etc.) and indoor games (like: chess, caram etc.) are available in our campus. 24Ã—7 hours electricity and water are available.
