Remarks

I choose this college because the college environment is too good and here have a big campus area. The faculties of this college is very students friendly. The course bucket is also reliable. At last overall thing of this college is good and most important thing that its totally ragging free campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

Here have 5 courses i.e. Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. I choose Electronics and Communication Engineering, because I like to work with electronics products. In my dept. not only my dept. also other dept. faculties are very student friendly.

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

Course Curriculum Overview:

I read in CSE(AIML) AI ML perspective and couse curriculam inluenced me to admit in college. Teachers often make real-world applications gor any pariculatr topic. I think more practical based an implement based curriculam should be added rather than more theorital subs. Most case college is form 9am -5 pm Like (9-5 job) .

NIT DURGAPUR - A Detailed Breakdown

Placement Experience:

Students generally start getting their pre-placement offers from their 3rd year after completion of their internships other students gets their placement too in their final year. Starting from Apple to Google and Microsoft too hired some of our senior but the number of the students get placed in those tech giant companies is very less but there are mass recruiters too like TCS infosys PW chaitanya education TATA steel BHARAT petroleum and many other companies the offers are made based upon the eligibility of the students and the packages are decided based on the skillset and experience of the students . Highest package was 70 LPA this year and the average packages are also pretty good based upom the companies and their offers it ranges from 15-30 LPA .Almost 80-83% students gets placed but it depends on the branch of the students and their skillsets.I want to sit for GATE exam after completion of my BTech and want to persue MTech
