- The fees : As it is under government, it have low fees, affordable for every students and for reserved students it is very low
- Sophisticated labs : college provide labs for geomatics, sophisticated microscope labs, geochemical lab
- A rock garden, museums. Main course in this college is geology
Dislikes
- It's bit strict in academics. Maybe feel little stress
- Programs are less in college. As students are low compared to other college, it feels some silence
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose the course because i loved the subject, love to learn about earth after bsc i would like to take msc for further studies. The total strength of students is 10(As this courses have practicals) Teachers are well trained all of them have doctorate. The exams are grade based so 60 marks is need to pass, out of 150
Fees and Financial Aid
As this is government college, the fees is low. No sem fees. Yearly amount of less than 5000 for reservation students and less than 10000 for others. Postmetric, e-grantz, ongc scholarships are available.
Campus Life
The college is more study especially geology department. I'm not sure about others. Arts and other programs are conducting by college unions. Good facilities. Sophisticated labs, library provided in the department
Admission
Admission procedure was based on mg university portal. Eligibility : bsc geology with 55% marks Selection was based on marks and reservation for sc, st, oec and ews category. First trial allotment was published in mg university portal later first allotment, if we got selected we should take admission
