Course Curriculum Overview

I have a good intrest in computer and technolgy that is why i choose this course . A faculty to student raito is good . If we compare for every 140 student 1 teacher is there . All the faculty are doctorate and the teaching method of them is very interactive . The college has all there acedmic calendar well defined so all my term exam took on the proposed time . The level of exam was moderate to hard . It was bit hard to pass my all exams

Fee structure is being divided in four catagory . Each catagory has different fee .Catagory includes A, B,C,D. Fee starts from 198000 and goes upto 5 lakhs . No scholarship or financial assistance is provided

Campus Life

Campus life in this college is average because the bhopal campus is still under construction . There are no annual or tech fest are conducted . Library is good you can find each type of books in the library . Amenities in classroom are just we get chair and table to study and all classes are smart board enabled . No sports or extra curricular activities on thecampus are there .There is drama club run by students

Admission

There was a simple eligibility that you should be Class 10 & class 12 passed . The admmision was taken thorugh VITEEE exam . You can visit for VITEEE application on viteee.vit.ac.in . I didn't availed any reservation because I belong to genral catagory . No i dont want any improvment becuase already the process is verey seamless

After 6th semester you will Elligble for in campus placement and their are many internship and placement providing apps which are connected with our college like Internshala and our college also has own incubation center where students can brings their startup ideas and if they like your startup they will invest on it and student also got chance to get internship on that and got certificate and highest package is of 1.2 cr off campus and Average pacakge is of 5 to 6 lpa and their is basically 85 to 90% placement rate and my plan is to become ai ml engeener and grow in AI area

so in our college 1st year we have 2 semesters and n 2nd year we have 3 semesters and in 3rd year we have 3 semesters so 8 semesters already get completed and students are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year . You can get internships in 3rd year as well if you have good grades and you are ready to grind . Talking about companies that visit for placements are Delloite , JP morgan Palo alto, De shaw and Co. My plan is to just have good gpa and get job asap

Placement Experience:

there are not much chances of placement as the student strength has increased drastically, students become eligible for placement from 3rd year, also as per the documentations there are more than 12z companies like hcltech, microsoft etc but not every documentation is correct so the chances of getting placed at campus is significantly low so i am planning to pursue higher studies and opting for gate

Placement Experience:

You become eligible to sit for placements in 7th semester , that is , in your 4th year. There are companies like Google, Amazon, Deloitte, Accenture, Axxela, American Express, BNY Melon, Adobe , Goldman Sachs, Samsung, Optum, Oracle, etc. But in other IITs which are also 2nd generation, more companies (around 50) comes for on campus placements . The highest pay is mostly for Software development and Quant roles. Last year it was around 1 Cr per annum of a Computer Science student which is really great. And the average package was around 25-26 Lakhs per annum. Last year , around 88% of all students including B.tech and M.tech got placed with decent salary.

Life at MITS , Gwalior

Placement Experience:

The Placament in MITS are decent, especially for the computer science and IT branches , with companies like TCS, wipro, infosys visiting regularly. Whether you should join VIT bhopal or not

other college i applied were vssut , jaypee noida , cutr, silicon but i choose vit bhopal because i wanted to study outside my state and bhopal was closer . So admission process is you have to give an exam called vitee and to get in to vit bhopal in category you gotta have rank under 45K to study in cse core branch and for AIML branch you need rank under 55K and for studying in Cyber security and cloud computing it should be under 70K . if you get anything above 70k its hard to land in a good cse branch under category 1 fees....Read More

Couldn't get much percentile in JEE to get a GOOD gov colleges otherwise could have got IIITs and a few NITs.
