Course Curriculum Overview

My course is Electrical and Electronics Engineering, due to my interests in machines and power electronic devices i chose this field. The faculty is very supportive and kind. The ratio is not that even 7:3. Most of the faculty is either Phd passout or pursuing their Phd degree. The exams are on time and dfficulty level is medium.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 133200 per year

Internships Opportunities

There were few companies for the internship role, mostly were for the full time roles, some of the companies were Adobe, Collegedunia, Saggious etc. The roles offered were product analyst, patent analyst, software developer intern. The stipend ranged from 15000 to 40000 per month.

Placement Experience

The placements are average not the best, students from 4th semester are eligible for internship opportunities and from 6th semester for full time job roles. Some big companies like DE Shaw, Polestar, ZS associates, TATA power, Yamaha visited the campus for significant number of openings. 70-80% of students gets placed with the minimum and maximum packages of 3 lakhs to 13 lacks.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no such policy. Scholarships are considered which are approved by the government, for the reservation classes and for the below poverty line people most of the fees is reimbersed. I got placed in collegedunia as an intern which is a paid internship.

Campus Life

Life is good and simple, attendence is not a big issue in the campus, campus lacks in motivation and awareness for the students. There is an Annual fest organised by the faculty and students. The library is huge and very well stuffed. The classroom lacks in Air conditioners but the seating and ventilation is good. There are multiple clubs for student interactions and co-cirricular activites.

Admission

The admissions are based on the JEE Mains rank, which is an entrance exam. The admission process falls under the GGSIPU university where multiple cutoff lists are marked and based on the cutoff and the availed rank one can select their dream course. Fee structure and other details are mentioned clearly on the college website. There are reservations and benefits for the eligibles. The admission process was smooth and hustle free.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college is good if I compare it to other colleges except iits and some nits. Students get eligible in 6 sem for college placements. Many company visits my college during college placements like Google, microsoft, amazon, flipkart, uber etc. they offer good packages highest package which I remember is around 1.2 cr and the lowest is 4lpa. Percentage of students who got placed in my branch is 57 percent where this no. becomes 80 or 90 percent in case of tech branches. My plan after getting degree is to get placed in any company with around 15-20lpa or I will prepare for government exams.

College Life in My College (NSUT)

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year the students are become eligible for campus placement and showcase their skills to getting the placement. There are so many companies visiting the college every year apple, Microsoft, DRDO, swift, google, airforce, facebook, meta etc it is dependence on your skills and learning experience and college CG marks to get placement from oncampus company by giving interview and doing exam of specific company that you want to apply in which course you specialist. In my course it is newly launched course in which companies are offering highest package to students in previous years average package goes to 13 lac and highest package goes to 24 lac and this year average package goes to 14-15 lac and highest goes to 48 lac. In my course 60-80 % students are placing in compies all over the world.

I got Computer science in this college and was near to my place. It has all facilities which is required by a student. College is affiliated to GGSIPU. College has lift facility, parking facility, RO water, advanced labs for all the students.

Heard good things about it. Lot of my relatives told me it's good and I wanted a bit of freedom to do my own thing which is quite nicely available here and besides everyone is looking for that college life so yea study and chill out guys

Review of Btech course of IIITD

Remarks:

The management is quite strict about academics and any sort of dishonesty is not tolerated (even if you copy slightest of thing from assignment, they have advanced technologies to detect the plagiarism) and straight away an F grade is given (which is Fail in that course). But this helps us doing things on our own and learning a lot. The research culture is very good here. Btech students from first year starts contributing to it.

Without any doubt the experience till now is awesome and unforgettable.

Remarks:

What different our university from other colleges across the country is that it teaches us to have a better way of life. A whole lot of people exist and we need to learn to cooperate, tackle, take things in our stride and learn to just let minor things go. College prepares you for that. Other than that, our management turns out to be a hiccup for students whether it is getting signatures or getting your work done. Despite this, Jamia will be one of the best universities.

All about M.A.I.T. by a sophomore

Under IP University College, Maharaja Agrasen institute of technology and USICT are considered to be top private colleges, so my goal was to secure a seat in one of these. There is a quota for EWS students. The admission was based on JEE mains Rank and some seats through the management quota. The admission was conducted purely in online mode on the ipu admissions website. There were 3 rounds of counselling plus 2 spot counselling rounds. The registration fees for these rounds were non-refundable. When a student secured a seat in any one of the colleges after 3 rounds, he/she was required to submit part of the admission fees which was 40,000. Though if he/she got an upgraded seat in another college in further rounds then this money was transferable but with some changes. Awesome College With Hundreds of Opportunities

The admission process is simple enough actually my admission dates are in the period of COVID so no physical original documents were accepted at that time. All photocopies were submitted successfully without any problems. They may let you create 2 sets of photocopies. Every document is mentioned in their File. Just carry everything with you at the time of reporting mentioned on the college website. Just there are some time spending steps aka verification of fee submission via NET BANKING or NEFT.
