IGIT : THE COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

The course curriculum is overall good and the faculty members are good, friendly. The faculties are highly educated. Many of them are PHD holder and many faculties are pass out from foreign universities also.There teaching methods is simple because of that every student understand easily. Every semester has two internal exam and one end semester exam.

There are so many companies like nalco , adani and etc comes to college for internship in college. Many virtual aicte approved internships are available for students. The faculties are helping the students to do projects in different fields.

There are many companies like HAL, BSNL , ADANI and etc comes to college every year . After 7th sem the final year eligibile for placement . Highest package is 20LPA and average package is 5LPA. 80% student get placed. Many students applied for gate exam.

The hostel fees is 45000/- per year. There are so many scholarship available for students by both state and central government.Every year the fees hike by 2-5%.There is bank loan available for the students . The college authorities are helping the students to avail the scholarship and loan. If a student properly focus on studies and score good CGPA then their is a high chances to get good package.

The campus is big and full of greenery. The college have so many clubs likes cricket club, debate club , dance club , audio and visual club and coding club . The interested students can participate in it . The college fest celebrate every year on the month of February and April. The annual sports day every year conducted during winter season in the month of November or December. Every classroom have smart boards and these are smart classes. There is a big library where lots of books available in it.

The hostel facilities of college are good. Every room has bed , table , electric board , aqua guard and fan . The menu of the hostel is quite good. The hostel registration process done by college CGPA. There are many rented room available outside college campus. It's the choice of the student to live in college hostel or outside.

The student could taken admission by jee mains and ojee score.But the majority admission were done by jee mains score and rest done by ojee. The diploma students which were taking admission as lateral entry they were directly enter to 2nd year and take admission through ojee counciling.The hostel fees are 45000 per year. Everyyear July or August month the application is available for admission. The normal government reservation rules are applicable in college.
