I chose this course because of SRCC brand name and broad course curriculum and a knack to learn more about how global businesses operates. Faculty-Student ratio is really good as the batch size is vey small. The faculty members are well experienced and have been in the industry for many years. The method of teaching is student centric. A healthy mixture of personal and group assignment,case studies, interactive videos to ensure student engagement. The term exams are conducted on a timely basis and if a student has paid sufficient attention in the classes then exams turns out to be moderate.

The placement committee works hard to onboard best companies with niche roles for the students of the entire batch. Domains like Finance,Marketing, Strategy, Data Analytics and Operations drives maximum opportunities. Roles in each of these domains are pretty good. According to the placement report for the batch 2021-2023 the average stipend is 40,000 and the highest stipend turns out to be 3,00,000.

From second year students who complete their summer internships are eligible for campus placements. According to glimpse of placement report for the batch 2021-2023 mentioned on the official linkedin account the average placement is 13,48,000 Lakhs per annum and the median package is 13,00,000 Lakhs per annum. The prominent roles are offered in the field of finance,marketing,analytics and strategy and many more. Almost all the students in the batch gets placed. My plans are to work in a good reputed company and gain a good position in the field.

The fees for the entire two year course is 3,20,000 Lakhs i.e. 1,60,000 lakhs per year. Hostel facilities are very limited. The cost to study is quite low as compared to other MBA colleges and therefore the Return on Investment of the college is exceptionally good.

Ygantar is tghe annual fest conducted in month of March or April. The library of SRCC hold variety of books thereby assisting the students a very easy access to strengthen their conceptual knowledge. The research papers and journals guides students regarding the application of concepts. Classrooms are air conditioned with comfortable seating arrangements and projector facilities. There are large number of committees and clubs in our college with most important being: 1- Placement Committee 2- Training and Development Cell - To upskill the students of the batch 3- Agrata- For HR 4- Helios - For Marketing. 5- Ekatva Society for sports 6- Karvaan for Events management. 7- Aluminati for maintaining alumni relations.

SRCC-PGDGBO admission mandates a minimum 50% in Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a relaxation of 5% to the candidates belonging to SC,ST,OBC,CW and PwBD categories. Applicants in their final year can also apply but admission is contigent on presenting the qualifying degree results. The process for the admission in this course involves three steps: 1- Written Examination ( 640 marks comprising 4 sections each having 40 questiions with marking scheme of +4 for correct answer and -1 for wrong answer.) - Weightage 75% 2- Group Discussion - Weightage 10% 3- Personal Interview - Weightage 15% Topics discussed in Group discussion revolves around the current business news,trending economic events happening around the world and it may also involve some abstract topics. For the personal interview round,the questions revolve around your personality related,reasons for wanting to pursue this course,past academics especially your bachelor's degree and lastly the current trending business or economic events happening round the world. The best source to prepare for this round is to study newspaper daily and be thorough with your Resume.
